Worst experience! apart from food by riaz nothing was good. Never book you have many options after reaching dal lake. They show many features & pics but finally you end up at their mercy. Electricity is a biggest problem. Suhail the owner - is never in seen transfers the booking to any of his relatives.

Though i mentioned my children age at the time of booking but they charged 2000 more at the time we reached the hatia houseboat. Dont go

Houseboat is average but breakfast is not much quantity and after you leave two person demand tips hotel staff and shikara men and shikara men told 200 rupee you have to use hot water limited

Pinned location on google map was misleading. Breakfast was super expensive @150- for one paratha. But cleanliness and staff behaviour was satisfactory.

It is the most premium houseboat in dal lake with such beautiful interiors all over the property and is well maintained and the food served here is great and fresh . Tried the waazwan famous Kashmiri food here for the first time that was just mind blowing . The quality of food they serve is just next level and they customise it according to your taste . Mr. Suhail who is the owner here is very sweet and treats u like your family , and I must say he has invested his heart into this houseboat . This is a must visit houseboat if u are staying at dal Lake

Amazing experience. Rustic and clean rooms, living room and dining area is very elegant. Good place to sit outside the boat. Food is also delicous. Mr. Suhail owner is very cooperative and kind. Overall a very peacefull stay.

Stayed at pasadena floating houseboats for two nights and we really had a comfortable stay and i wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. The location is top class with best rooms. My family had a great time. Food is tasty and many many varieties. The staff is very cooperative. Highly recommend

What a fantastic stay with best rooms and clean atmosphere. The owner mr suhail helped us with transportation for kashmir for one week at a very good price. The stay was amazing and the food was like home made food with lots of varieties. The service was very nice by the caretaker of the boat. It was spacious but it could have had better lighting, overall it was nice.

One of the highlights of my stay was taking a shikara ride right from the doorstep of the houseboat. I got to explore the floating gardens and markets of Dal Lake. What made it even more special was the houseboat's perfect location, offering the most Instagram-worthy views of Dal Lake during both day and night. From there, I could see the Shankaracharya Temple on the front hill, and the moon rising and setting in the front lawn. The view of Dal Lake was breathtaking. I highly recommend scheduling your shikara ride between 6-7 pm to capture the most exquisite shades of dawn. Overall, my stay at the 'Pasadona Floating Group of Houseboats' was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. The houseboats are very clean and they make sure to take care of small details as we requested kids non spicy food. They specially make those extra dishes for us. Especially waseem take extra care to serve us in best possible way. Food was wow, delicious and homely. Houseboat location was very good and one have to come by shikara to reach the houseboat. Overall wonderful experience.
