Patang Residency

Two families stayed in midst of month of june. First things first, the location of patang residency is enchanting, situated very close to the saputara lake which is the towns star attraction. There is bound to be crowd on way to the Patang Residency for that reason. But a car could negotiate and the Patang Residency has its parking space. The rooms are neat and well made up, nothing ultra luxurious but comfortable for short stays with family. The dining facilities are excellent. Well spread out tables and food cuisine. We found the food just to our liking with balanced sweet and spices. But what all of us liked best of the Patang Residency was by far the response of the staff to any requests or complaints, which was prompt. The reception helped us with arranging a return taxi to nashik, which was a big deal because as of now no o la or uber work there at saputara, though we got an o la taxi from nashik station to reach it. With the few interesting places to see, saputara is worth a visit for two to three days. We included an enchanting, early morning trek to hat-gad fort also.

Restaurant is well located in close proximity to local eateries and tourist spots. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Restaurant is pure veg and the dinner we had was tasty. Although did not like the complimentary breafast items that much but they were okaish. Given the price was expecting the rooms to be top notch but they were giving the vibe of an old property from inside. Lobby and waiting area, garden and swimming pool are well maintained. We got an lake side room with a good view. We could not enjoy the surroundings as the lights were turned off at 10pm which sounded illogical and cost cutting to me as people only come back to Patang Residency for the night. Swimming pool water was too cold to be usable during winter. Overall stay was good with helpful staff all around.

I had a pleasant stay at patang residency Patang Residency in salatara for 3 nights and 4 days. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after long days of exploring the area. The Patang Residency staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The Patang Residency's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The only minor drawback was the wi-fi connection, which could have been more reliable. Overall, a great experience, and i would definitely consider staying here again.

Location is just at boating. So all kid's activities are accessible. Still it is not noisy in the room. We got the swimming pool side view. Other side rooms have lake side view. Interior of the room is nice, clean. Few points i would suggest is please keep a napkin rod at wash basin. For 3 guest, keep 3 towels not 2. Tv channels were not subscribed, towels and coffee mugs were 2 for 3 of us. But these things were promptly resolved. Food at the restaurant was ok but pure veg and found expensive compared to other options around. Sadly, in saputara, you don't get good non veg options.

One of the best Patang Residencys for a stay in saputara. I booked lake facing rooms and its view is just too beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The ambience is very good. It's kid friendly too. I had booked rooms with breakfast only but when we were roaming inside the Patang Residency we got to know about buffet dinner. We had the buffet dinner and it was very good. Nice taste and variety of food served. If you are looking to book rooms with dinner or lunch or both you must do it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location of patang residency is the top draw, bang in front of the lake jetty. The rooms are well appointed & spacious, with an additional bed for accommodating children. The check-in, check- out is smooth, the room service & housekeeping staff very responsive & prompt. The inhouse restaurant is veg. Only with buffet option with a decent spread for the complementary breakfast. There's open but safe parking facility provided.

Excellent location of the Patang Residency right on the banks of the lake. The property is spic k n span and very well maintained. Rooms are roomy and very spacious with all amenities in place. All staff including front office, housekeeping and restaurant is very polite and courteous. And to top it all the quality and taste of food is just mind blowing! worth every penny spent for the accommodation

Located bang opposite to lake. Good view of laje which is buzzing with activities for kids and fun stalls. 3 bed rooms have lake view. Most 2 bed rooms have garden view. Food is good. Mix of gujarati and south indian options. Polite staff with parking, luggage and overall handling of guests. However you may need to do multiple follow ups for getting extra services.

We had a very nice stay at patang residency. Rooms were clean and neat. Hospitality was really good. Staff were really courteous. Only veg food is available in its restaurant which was very nice and delicious. Overall, our 2 nights stay was really good. Car parking is available.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Food was good. As it is just adjacent to the lake we got a beautiful lake view. There is one con of this Patang Residency. Their swimming pool timings are 9am to 6pm. Check out is at 10 am and check in is at 2pm. Which is too late. Also if you wish to swim in the morning before breakfast that is not possible.

Location of the property is perfect. All activities like boating and eatable shops are just beside it. Food is also fine. And being a vegetarian myself, the resturant is also pure veg which is an add on. However they should revamp the rooms a bit else everything is fine.

The Patang Residency room was perfect and very clean and perfect. The breakfast had good options to choose from. Overall the ambience of the Patang Residency is is very comforting. Since the Patang Residency is very next to main market at times it becomes little noisy outside but it is not disturbing. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

The Patang Residency is right in front of the lake. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food has limited spread but taste is very good. The staffs are vary helpful. Not much of amenities except swimming pool and a garden. Overall a very good stay.

Nice location right in front of the lake and boat house. Good view and decent food. Rooms could be re painted to give a more premium feel.

I booked it on anniversary on 2nd jun e. It was one day break. Patang is conveniently located. My lake facing room was big enough with all the amenities. Food was excellent. All in all, it was good stay for family

Very good Patang Residency and well maintained and the staff is also very nice and humble only they can improve us to add little fridge in the room
