Patnem Palolem Beach Apartment | Rooms & Pool

We have booked 2 Bhk apartment for two days.We booked it for 5 members.Rooms were cleaned and decorated with all the amenities we needed. We baught fish from the Madgaon wholesale market while coming to the this place. We cooked fish and rice in kitchen. It was homely experience. Kids really enjoyed in swimming pool. It was cleaned and maintained. Society ambience is good. Patnem beach is near to this place. So you can take walk upto this beach.Security staff helped us with luggage and basic needs. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay. Parking available for 4 wheeler. Surely we will visit again to this Patnem beach park society 😊👏

The rooms were clean. The environment at the property gave us an homely feeling. The amenities and services provided were up to the mark. The staff was co-operative and helped us in making our south goa tour a happier one. The property is situated in vicinity to the most reknowed beaches especially patnem beach which is just 750 m away. The restaurant in area of the property is comparatively cheaper and food is delicious here. Full marks for the staff, they helped us with any hurdles faced, regarding stay as well as transit for tour.

We travel-led with our faculty, and this has been an excellent stay. Location is also good, it's walkable to the beach. Especially the maintenance was to excellent, and also anything we require for daily needs were there. It actually felt like home. ! thanks for helping and making the stay memorable and exciting. Best part was our kids enjoyed it there. Kids-friendly and even the security guard was good. Totally value for money and overall highly recommended and we would ourselves check for this stay whenever we go to south goa.

So i stayed with my wife in this place, i must say it's a really big apartment with all basic amenities such as big fridge, kettle and even water purifier etc, though toilets would have been more clean and tidy but overall very very airy place located in this clean society. In this budget it's better staying in this apartment then in some fancy Patnem Palolem Beach Apartment | Rooms & Pool.

Stay was very good with family.The apartment was clean but the pool tiles need some repairs.The time of check out is inaccurate,it should be 12 pm and not 10am . Breakfast served at Tubki Resort was excellent 👍. Parking for guests need to be identified when they arrive as property has apartment with dedicated parking for owners also.

Ideal place for family to stay. It's 2bedroom apartment. With ac in both rooms. Walking distance to patnem beach. 2kms to palolem beach car parking

Nice location close to highway, 5 min walk from patnem beach. Ideal location for peace lovers, not a over crowded place. Good food, friendly staff, clean accommodation. Just go for it.

Excellent facilities at a very reasonable prices, felt like at home, very safe, well connected & furnished, basuri restaurant was also excellent to provide all kids of foods. Anyone visiting south goa should avail this residence without any doubt.

Overall ok stay..Room amenities and kitchen amenities looks good..Pool is good…AC is very slow working and Wi-Fi is also not working for half day, which need to fix
