Room neatness is very poor, I tried to call for house keeping for many times for getting glass and dental kit nobody is answered. Finally I called to reception and they agreed to give but they were not given.

Stay was amazing. Very good hospitality and delicious food. We had a great stay at this place. Staffs were friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy . No issues to talk about . Looking forward to stay next time

I stayed in a suite room at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The facilities were excellent — the room included both a living room and a bedroom, which made the stay very comfortable. There were two TVs, and everything was well-maintained and clean. The only issue I faced was with the Wi-Fi, which was a bit unreliable. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Food was pathetic. Bed was small for a family including a kid. Reception staff misguided restaurant for breakfast. She didn't even know it. Totally bad behavior from most of the staff. Restaurant staff was standing near to us having a look at what we are taking.

The hotel was very well maintained, neat and tidy. The buffet lunch was tasty and reasonably priced with a large spread. The service staff of the hotel and restaurant were courteous and well behaved. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I look forward to being there during our next trip to Thiruvananthapuram.

Stay was good. Room service also appreciable. Bathroom hairdryer was not working.

Average stay cause we booked it and for that much price it wasn’t worth the money ...the checkout time is too long and we’ve waited there more than 30 min and the bathroom utilities they provided were torn ...it’s not worth for 2.5k rupees

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional

Booked an ac room for just 1 day, but i was not happy with the service they provided. Iron box was not there. Tv was not working. Service was also poor

Hotel location is good but service is very pathetic, even restaurants serve food minimum 45 minutes at restaurant. Breakfast having very limited options.

It was better to stay there without any hassles. The rooms were very clean and well arranged and the staff was nice to me as well.

After 10 pm no one is available in reception/room service even to provide drinking water, their version is only 500 ml water for each can be provided in double room ,later requirement must met inmates by their own money😀. I have seen this here only, don't know the owner knows this. Very dirty/dusty linen. Giving rating average only not downgrade
