Location of property is very far from main road, roads are narrow as result very few autorickshaw come to this place. Host is very friendly and cooperative. Room is not airy and is very suffocating. Washrooms are outside the room which makes ladies guest very uncomfortable. Due to excess moisture inside the room, it was smelling. It would be very difficult to stay inside the room during summers. Room tariff is reasonable and affordable.

The overall experience was very positive. The homestay is located at walking distance from the mahakaleshwar temple. The room is exactly the same as shown in pictures - spacious, neat and clean. the person in charge is a very helpful person. He gave us the numbers of an auto person who took us around the city and showed us all major points and who provides really nice and good quality home made food at a very reasonable price. No problems faced at all. The stay was very comfortable and felt like staying at own home. Will surely stay again here only whenever visiting ujjain again.

Definitely a good and comfortable place to stay. The owner was always available for our assistance. With my family, i literally enjoyed the stay and visit to lord mahakaal temple.

The food, amenities and services are very good. Ventilation of the room is very good. The location is also good. In front of the house is the gardening area.

One day before pawanputra home stay informed they cannot accommodate us reason 1) we book at very low price 2) under construction. They kept two choice either cancel the booking or they shift to another homestay. As we have no option at eleventh hour we have to accept option 2. They shift us to home stay where they force us to vacate room at 11 pm even-though our checkout time was 10 am of next day. Be careful while doing booking in above two homestays the way they operate is not ethical.

Small size room and bedsheet not a viable and window not available for air so just average this home stay very inside

Simple and decent stay. Great option for budget travelers. Very close to railway station, ram ghat and bus stand.

The blanket was smelling and not able to use it, there is no power backup so need to wait till the power comes up. Overall it's an average rated homestay.

The landlord is very supportive and nice. He helps us at every point. The room is clean and comfortable for the family.

Clean hygiene and beautiful owner was cooperative food delivered was tasty reachable from many locations

This is room wherein you can accommodate bare minimum 4 people on bed and owner gave additional mattress on case you require. Budget friendly, nice and humble owner. No issues noted. Overall good experience.

The property have lot of issues like very narrow stairs, no proper door mat, and no proper ventilation as there is not any single window to property. They do not fill water in cooler as part of room service. There is hygiene issue also as when we use basin all water directly goes to bathroom itself which is very uni- hygiene

The room was very clean, everything was very hygienic. And shashank bhaiya was very helpful in case if i needed anything! would love to visit again!
