Overall nice stay (clean and hygine room. Few details : toilet seat is little bit shaking. But as we talked to caretaker, he is ready to repair. So, that is good response.

No chair to sit narrow steps mosquito in room balcony is not clean room is not clean no self to keep your belongings

Nice bed, clean washroom/ located well near ujjain junction railway station and also walkable from shri mahakaleshwar temple. The caretaker is helpful and polite. You can take an autorickshaw in 500-700 rupees to visit other temples around ujjain. Jai shree mahakal !
