Pax Grand Blue

1. Well, the bedroom was spacious enough for accommodating all of our luggage & belongings. 2. The meals included in the breakfast of the "breakfast included" package our booking was good and just about satisfied our expectations. 3. This was the 1st Pax Grand Blue room of ours in all our holiday trips till date to have an android tv with access to youtube, netflix, hots-tar etc. Alongside local cable channels which made it interesting to watch. 4. The only slight problem was of the hot water facility in the bathroom for whenever we wanted to bathe; in such a cold weather (with the onset of winter season, we had to make do with just lukewarm water; we had addressed this issue to the Pax Grand Blue staff but they did nothing till the end of our stay and just got a single bucket full of hot water during the morning of our check out day & that too when we were already done and moving out of the room to check out.

Stayed with my family for two days in Pax Grand Blue pax grand blue, udaipur in april 2024. We had booked a family suite and there was enough space for four of us. The room was cozy and tidy clean. The best part is location which is very close to railway station. Also the Pax Grand Blue is close to many points like mata karni devi temple, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar etc. The staff was polite and helpful. Regarding buffet breakfast and dinner, though options were limited but it was tasty and healthy. Only negative point which we faced was lots of black ants were present in the bathroom, which we told the manager and suggested for pest control option for the Pax Grand Blue. To sum up all - pleasant stay with pocket friendly budget.

Everything was below expectations except Pax Grand Blue manager mr praveen. ( as he supported and managed our comfort that’s why we continued our stay) Pax Grand Blue management policies about buffet dinner & breakfast and other staff management need to be review. And safety of guest to be ensure. As lift is dangerous. If anybody is booking only room with average stay then Pax Grand Blue is fantastic. With great view from roof and ample parking. Properly is new, very clean and sanitary. The staff is beyond helpful with late checkins, late checkout and baggage storage. Requests are fulfilled very quickly and staff is extremely nice. The Pax Grand Blue also has a restaurant with amazing food and staff. They also provide jain food upon request. Food quality is great and very tasty. The waiters/waitresses are always attentive and ready to help. Hotel is a must stay for visitors as it is also near city center and attractions.

Excellent Pax Grand Blue with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. He makes our trip more interesting with advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops are within walking distance. Hotel food was excellent very tasty. Would definitely recommend this Pax Grand Blue to everybody. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you.

Rooms are nice arranged and same as shown in pictures. Food quality is good. Staff is also helpful and good manners. Amenities are good but problem is observed for hot water availability. After frequent reminders also not solved. Property location is near to the market. Hotel management is also helpful to arrange cabs for sightseeing upon request.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Pax Grand Blue. Everything about the Pax Grand Blue was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Hotel has enough parking space with proper security gaurd and enough lighting in parking during the night. Hotel has good roof swimming pool with all emenities. Hotel has good rooms with all basic ementies. Staff is good and trained. Food is also good. Rates are little high as compy to other restaurant.

Comfortable bed, everything new, modern yet cozy, nice linens. Kind and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Parking lot with security. Great location.
