I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was noticeably better compared to other nearby hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There were good food options available, and the location was also convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

The rooms are god with extremely polite staff. The food quality is also good though it’s vegetarian only. Worth a visit.

Peaks and Pines Resort is an absolutely amazing property! The view from our room balcony was truly breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the ambience and service were equally impressive. I stayed here with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter — she had a wonderful time too, especially playing with the turkey and rabbit 🐇. A perfect place for a peaceful family getaway! 🌲🏞️

Nice and clean property ; Valley View from the room was great. They arranged a morning walk also in nearby village. Location is 6km before Lansdowne Market and other local attractions, so having own car will be convenient. Breakfast buffet was also good.

Superb view from superior valley view room. Very helpful and courteous staff. Mr Ravi from front desk deserves special mention. Breakfast spread was very limited as they were not putting up a buffet on the last two days of our stay. Food is vegetarian though egg is available. This is a deterrent for non vegetarians like us. Though they serve two bottles of aquafina water per room per day if you want additional bottles you need to buy higher priced Vedica bottles.

The stay was very pleasant and the staff were very courteous and service was lightning fast. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. Kudos to the Peaks & Pines staff. The food was very delicious.

I stayed in Peak & Pone Hotel with my family for 4 days. It was very good experience. Hotel has very nice valley view. Staff is courteous. Hotel has all amenities required.. More importantly, food quality & Services were awesome. I would recommend to everyone, this Hotel

I have booked 2 suite rooms. Before booking , first I enquired on call about the room amenities , room view and parking. But I was received wrong information on call. There was construction going on just adjacent to the hotel. But I was not told about it. I specifically asked for room view but I was misguided. From our private balcony , construction view is damn disappointing. They have hided this information. Also , i was told that they have sufficient parking space but in reality that's not the case. They have very limited parking, which got full and our car was parked on the side of the hilly road. Here also, they have misguided. In our booking, mini bar is mentioned, but when we reached there they told that any of the fridge is not working. There is some fault in the line in all rooms. I told them strictly, I have to keep baby milk in fridge and I have opted the room because it's mention that mini bar is there. Then after arguing with them, they said ok we will do something. And then I guy came it's started fridge. It clearly shows that they have kept it off to cut there expenses. They lied and because I argued with them then they get it on. That was also a wrong act. Also, we were playing music in our room in decent volume. But I was asked to stop that. We were standing in balcony and chatting for 5 min...then again I got a call at around 2:30 am and I was asked in a bad tone that there is noise coming from your room. The person misbehaved with me. And disconnected the call. Morning I enquired and get to know that there guard call me at the night. I again raised objection on this behaviour from their side.
