Pearltree Hotels & Resorts

Pearl tree, in my opinion, is the best Pearltree Hotels & Resorts to stay in purulia. I frequently go to purulia and whenever i go, i stay in pearl tree. The location and ambience of the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts are excellent. The behaviour of the staff is equally good. Their food is awesome and they take personal care. The Pearltree Hotels & Resorts has 2 restaurants on 3rd floor which are open for the non staying guests also. They have a sweeming pool and a proper spa, apart from gym. I would highly recommend this Pearltree Hotels & Resorts for a comfortable stay in purulia. The club rooms are very good with a spacious balcony where you can sit, have coffee and gossips. The most beautiful part is, big and branded showrooms of many companies and cinema hall are within stone throwing distance from the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts. It is situated in a posh area. Target was ajodhya hill top and a decent stay to relax. The Pearltree Hotels & Resorts was indeed a comfortable place to stay with family. I have been at other Pearltree Hotels & Resortss for business purpose and i am sure this will meet such expectations as well. Staff members were very cordial & helpful. However a point of concern for the management to take care is the bathroom. 1. Poor ventilation. 2. Shower area cover/glass partition too less, water splashing all over. 3. No rack of any kind to keep soap & shampoo, have to reach out to basin platform. The swimming pool is good, but please do something about the pigeons, just filtering the water doesn't do good. This said i would still rate this Pearltree Hotels & Resorts as good as the other good parts compensates to some extent.

We stayed for three nights. The stay was okay but not that comfortable as the rooms are closed and felt like suffocation. There is no place for drying clothes as the terrace top is bar cum restaurant. There should be a dedicated place to dry a few clothes which are essential. The breakfast served which is complementary is good, they change the menu everyday and some items are served hot as they prepare live. The car parking is not good as the place where the car parking allocated is open and dusty. At-least they should make a temporary shade to park vehicles who prefer to travel with their own vehicle. The Pearltree Hotels & Resorts staffs are very good, generous and kind hearted. The room service is good and prompt. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Location : in one of the prime spot in the city, bigbazar, pantaloons and few food shops are in the same premises. Spencer's is just next to the building. Tourist spots like sahen bandh, science museum are just 800 mtrs from the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts food : the breakfast is very good. We also liked the dinner in the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts, the first day we had dinner at outside and in the second day in the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts and we found that the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts food is much more better than the outside Pearltree Hotels & Resorts foods so we continued in the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts itself hygiene and safety : the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts is very clean and they are maintaining proper sanitization

I really loved the overall ambience, room as well as the inside restaurant. We were offered complimentary breakfast as per the booking. Food was awesome. We didn't have time to try other Pearltree Hotels & Resorts amenities but our stay was fulfilling. We love the service. I would highly recommend my friends and my people to book this Pearltree Hotels & Resorts. We enjoyed our two nights stay at the resort. Bathroom was nice. Still there is a little need of improvement. I would recommend to put a curtain or a sliding door in the bathing area. We enjoyed the view from our room. The location was nice. We did shopping from the shops around the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts.

I was staying from 21st to 27th of october 2023 during puja holidays. In-spite og heavy rush, all the staff and front desk managers are very much attentive to solve any issue. Each and every member of the working staff are well behaved and sof spoken. Food is awesome restaurant nicely decorated. Room is quite spacious and comfortable. I had only one suggestion to the management. To put up an curtain in between shower to avoid water splashing to rest of bathroom. I already suggested to my relatives to stay in Pearltree Hotels & Resorts.

The staff were extremely courteous, property is located at the city center with plenty of food and shopping options all around. Food at the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts was very good and also the room and services were top notch. Overall we were pretty satisfied with the roi. Probably the washroom was missing a sliding door for the bathing area, but apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property. The sky lounge was a pleasant surprise.

# room with sleep quality was good. # all amenities as tv, wi-fi etc were working fine. # issue in washroom as there is no separation of dry and wet area. After a shower the entire floor becomes wet causing risk of slip & fall # dental & shaving kit was not available, but provided promptly on call. # breakfast quality is good, but more or less the same items are repeated. # parking space is huge and secured.

The location was very good. The food was awesome. Service is very good. The rooms are very clean. Good hygiene maintained.

For me hygiene is the first priority. It was absolutely perfect. And safety standard were also nice. They managed a special parking for us as well as we are the bikers. We kept luggage attached to it overnight. It was totally safe

Food and restaurant is very nice. Room also very good. Staff cooperation is very good. This Pearltree Hotels & Resorts location is like park street Pearltree Hotels & Resorts location. U can enjoy december eve or new year.

4. it was a family vacation of 3n 4d, the rooms are good but little on the smaller side washrooms are not well ventilated, suite rooms are better. food is good especially the breakfast spread. swimming pool is unmaintained overall a good experience but can definitely be improved

All safety measures taken by the Pearltree Hotels & Resorts. Staff was courteous and high standard of cleanliness.

Hotel location is perfect. 3 km from station. Room is specious. Clean hygiene was there. Staff behaviour is good. I prefer to stay here again.

The Pearltree Hotels & Resorts was neat, clean, great toiletries, well planned rooms. Food wad was good and wide variety. The checkin and check out was smooth and efficient. Was not expecting such good experience at small place like purulia
