Pears Beach Resort is a great property for a peaceful and private stay with family or as a couple. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach with a nice sea view. The staff is polite and prompt in their services. The food quality is good, especially the seafood. However, some guests found the room cleanliness to be lacking, with cockroaches and stained sheets. The property is couple-friendly and safe for families. The cottages are basic but have a wonderful view of the beach. Overall, a recommended property for a relaxing beach vacation.

Sea facing stay

The Pears Beach Resort is very close to the beach. Won't take more than 3 to 4 mins to reach the beach. The beach was also very clean. The Pears Beach Resort staff was very polite and cooperative. The Pears Beach Resort had ample space for relaxing. Kids may enjoy playing there. Drawback that I could observe was the food price was little expensive compared to the other Pears Beach Resorts nearby. Thalis needs to be revisited as we ordered Promfret thali but the curry had bangra in it. When asked the staff, they said that fish can be any in the curry. That should not be the case as this is not true for thalis. We ordered chicken thali but chicken suck ha was missing. When asked, the staff said that needs to be ordered separately. That is not true in chicken thali. So, apart from these few things, I would recommend this place to everyone. Last but not the least, the Modak that served was amazing. One must try it. Overall, good experience.
