Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites

I stayed here for 3 nights from Aug 19th and the stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained. I found something which needs to be mentioned. The approach road to the property after Kurunji temple is bad about 0.7 km. The second approach road was even worse for 1.5 km. The nearest restaurant is in the city center which is around 4.5 km but takes about 20 minutes to travel by car, so plan your dinner, we used to have food around 5 pm and return to avoid traveling again. There is an option to cook in the room, however, the vessels available are very limited. We had one vessel to cook. There is a shop opp to the property for milk and noodles which you can cook at home. Another option is to ask the caretaker to get food, which we had not opted.

I booked the cottage for a one night stay at kodaikanal. The location of the cottage is average. Though the cottage is located near the city centre. But the road reaching the cottage is congested. The cleanliness was good and the staff person was very nice and enthusiastic with their work. There is no restriction on late night music and noise. So you can catch up with your friends here. They should add games or some activities like fooseball, carrom etc. Overall, a nice stay at cottage.

There were 5 of us and we booked a 2 room suite. The view was breathtaking and we even explored the fields near the Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites. The breakfast was good too. If you are planning to come here with your friends just go for it. The service of the Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites was really nice too.
Loved the view. The staff was really nice and the stay was comfortable.

Okay stay if you carry all your basic stuff, because you can't expect any help there as only one person taking care of the property also roads are terribly dangerous very narrow. Instead you can go for some Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites located on main roads. My car suffered a lot only in lane of this Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites. Otherwise, full kodaikanal was car friendly.

Will rate my stay out of 10 as below. Service would rate 10. The caretaker took good care of us. Rooms were spacious. Hot water was available in bathroom. Rooms were clean with all basic facilities. Location-6. Located bit inside. Around 6-7 KM's from main Town. Roads to the Home stay are narrow and not good. No shops and restaurants nearby. Overall stay will rate as 7 out of 10.

Food was the main concern as there were no much Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suitess nearby. Biggest confusion was multiple people getting touch in with us like manager, room service, transport person etc rather it will be great if there is single point of contact. We get homely food which is an advantage. Ambience were nice and also hospitality.

The location was nice but it is situated in a remote area. The property is nice. They had both the facility kitchen and restaurant here. Food was good. Services and facilities were good. Things were not as per my expectations but somehow it turned good. Recommendable for family stay. Overall a nice stay.

The location and room service are too good.Thanks to Mr.Najmudeen who is incharge of that property who provided all the amenities we asked for our family members. Pleasant and memorable experience. I would like to give 10 out of 10 marks for this property.

The Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites was a bit away from the city but was closer to the rural area and the view was awesome, the overall hospitality was good and it was worth the money to find a good homestay there.

Everything was nice, but the Road which attached towards directly to the property was not good enough as they were not constructed. Else the stay was comfortable and satisfactory. I will surely suggest this property to everyone.

Foods are too great. And we guys enjoyed a lot and the scenic beauty Around the Pears Garden Homestay | Hill-view Suites is awesome

Room was good but there is no scenic view for it. As there were no heaters it became very chilled immediately after evening. Lighting was sufficient in the room.
