Pears Tree Duplex Villa

Very spacious and a good property with few kitchen items (double room has an induction and few utensils, while a triple room has gas as well). Sahul was the service in charge for the villa and he was really helpful and kind person. Some issues are there is very poor signal (for calls and data) inside the house, wifi facility is not available. And the location is quite outskirts from Kodai Lake, so if you don't have a ready vehicle with you, you'll face little difficulty to reach, plus no nearby Pears Tree Duplex Villas (but they compensate this by delivering you food from their tie up Pears Tree Duplex Villas when you order).

Our family of 18 members and 3 small kids visited. We rented a 3 bedroom villa and a 2 bedroom villa. Very good facilities. Like another home. With a hall, all couch and facilities to ooze in and watch television. A kitchen with gas and stove provided. Essential utensils too. A dining room. And bedrooms separate. The terrace and balcony with two different views. Amazing stay. Clean and maintained well. Location is little away from town. Be prepared with your own vehicles. Else it seems remote.

It was a nice property. It was far from the main Road, but the locality was very nice. Staff was helpful. Food facility was available in the property and, it was only food services there because no restaurants were nearby. If anyone doesn't want to avail the food from the property, one has to go far from the property for food. Because restaurants were far away. Room was good and, the facility was nice. It was a safe and clean place to stay.

According to me this villa is the best around Kodikannal as we are four members. Location is the best and peace stay for 3 days. In charge in this villa is very kind, he arranges all thing for us. He works 24x7, whatever the time maybe. He helped us a lot and very thanks ji if people visit Kodaikannal please I recommend this villa for all type off traveler.

We stayed in Royals which is near to kurunji temple. It's was the best place I visited and the person Bala Murugan (i guess, I don't remember his name) was so friendly and helpful. He bought us the best breakfast home food which is unforgettable. Will never stay anywhere else except here (if I visit Kodaikanal again). Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay, excellent villa for groups and families. Awesome mountain view from the balcony, clean rooms and bathrooms, power backup, kitchen with basic amenities, parking and best is caretaker Mr. Hameed. The only drawback is the road towards the villa is not good and also very steep road.

This was the best experience I have ever had. This place was so peaceful and the incharge of this villa was the best Mr. Sahul. He treated us like his own brothers. He was very kind and helpful. You'll surely miss that guy. Thank you brother for the best memories and this villa was the best.

The villa's location was only around 3kms from the main town and the stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The only problem was the road to the villa, it's not properly paved. Rest everything was perfect and kudos to the caretaker Mr. Hamid whose supported us during the entire stay.

Location was quite difficult to reach out but the stay was very nice. The room was very comfortable, clean and safe. Definitely will recommend this property to others.

We traveled in a group of 6 and really was excited to stay in between the middle. Villa was good and the contact person was so kind and reachable all the time. It would have been so nice if the internet would have worked. Points to note: Demand greater and internet in advance.
