Location of this property is cool. Before we check-in everything was set and there was no need to ping the property ppl for any help. Wifi was not there as mentioned in mm t but the same could be given for better stay. Since the mobile data signal has issues, it would be great if wifi is given for a better stay. Overall good experience.

It was excellent room, decent, calm place. I like the hospitality, the host mr. Ha-meed was very generous showed great response to our needs. I wish to give special thanks to hameed. The rooms are clean and good. Viewpoint in terrace is excellent. Memorable stay. It was bit difficult to reach the villa due to heavy rain but it was ok

Hey the stay was good but the sofa was very bad and kodaikanal being so cold they could have provided some better qualities and also the parking was good but the last part of road not good but the person in the stay was very good and helped us a lot

The location is fantastic. Absolute peace and quiet. Food is available on call and also within fifteen minutes walk. Not a problem but don't expect gourmet. Everything is very clean, but could have been better.
