Spacious and clean room, washroom was clean, breakfast was tasty. Location was in interior. For night stay its ok.

Peepal tree residency was chosen as it is near to iit delhi . I stayed there for 3 nights ,the rooms were spacious,neat and clean,staff were very courteous esp Inderdev( chotu)u ask him anything he will get it for u or make it.Same with Bhupesh(security) he was very helpful,others also.They have inhouse kitchen so they prepare homely food(veg) and serve us.frontage may not look that great but inside it is cozy and comfortable.

My experience was very good and the property is very clean. Been to so many hotels of similar range, I didn't expect this much hygiene. Staff behavior was nice as well and no complaints.

The property is located in khiri extention which is very central to CP, GK, Lajpat , Sarojni and all the tourist atraction. The staff is very helpful and supportive as we were travelling with senior citizens. Breakfast was hot and fresh . Do not expect a buffet but they give you food in the room .

One of my best stays in India by far. I stayed at the property for about a week with my family. The property is located in one of the best commuted areas in south delhi. Near to the airport (30mins), surrounded by 3 big Malls (10mins max), and availablity of transport. The staffs at the hotel are one of the best I have ever seen. The service is TOP notch, and the hospitality made me feel like home. Room service excellent, received all services on time. The staff respects your personal space and behave accordingly as you desired your stay. They address to your request ontime. Rooms at the hotel are CLEAN & Hygiene. The staffs are friendly and supportive. My parents loved the food Devraj suggested and prepared. Well maintained property, very secured place (an imp point to consider while staying at delhi), and TOP class hospitality. A must stay place if you are planning to stay in South Delhi or near by Saket. Highly recommend for the staffs locality and security.

Power tripped due to short circuit when geyser was switched on. Later restored. Got electric shocks from tap when i went to take bath. Electrician came with manager, explained and acknowledged ot is a problem. If you value your life, don't book this hotel.

Clean room, good food but provided with very small room, after opening my suitcase there was barely a place to move. Room was full of mosquitoes and in-spite my telling, hotel did nothing, same with the tape of washbasin in the bathroom. It was automatic and hardly any water was coming out. Also my room was directly on the street and till 12 in the night it was very noisy. Average stay
