Bed should be more clean

The mountains offered a stunning view, which contributed to a very calm and serene atmosphere. The staff was excellent, and the food was delicious.

Presidium Sarovar Premium Dalhousie- location is good. Food is below average. For the price we paid a complete disappointment. Would not pay more than 4-6k ya night for this hotel

Such a nice place with lovely staff.

We stayed at puma than g (newly re-built) and found it to fulfill all that we wanted. Especially as we had guests from australia. Quiet location and easy access to lovely restaurants, tibetan markets, dalai lama monastery. Well built and apportioned room with nice, clean, modern bathroom and private balcony. Hospitable, helpful and smiling staff. Excellent service. Reasonable breakfast and nice coffee. Has a restaurant as well. Overall, we loved it.

Good location but staff shortage

Overall satisfactory, drinking water was given on demand only.

It's very friendly the Restaurant is phenomenal they will make anything to please you. The rooms are very basic and you are close to the main square and the temple and the walks up up the mountain and into the forest.

My experience at Pema Thang was terrible.

Food is very good. Location is very good

Rooms are very spacious. Neat n clean. Comfortable for family stay. Room service not up to the mark.

No body wash was given, no tv worked on the ground floor. Dinner timing was too early after 9 Pm no order was taken by the hotel. And no order for breakfast before 8 AM. Rooms on the first floor and ground floor was to smell. Very poor service. I will never visit neither recommend this hotel.

We stayed on the second floor, which is actually the level of the Road itself. So if one has trouble climbing steps, opting for the 2nd floor rooms would be advisable. Massive room, large balcony, and clean and quiet. Definitely staying here every time. The food is okay, not great. But great value for money. The black coffee is superb.

Very old guesthouse and rooms where also so bad and toilets where bad too.

The view from the restaurant.the restaurant seems slightly shortstaffed now, but very friendly and courteous.slightly slow service.

We reached this guest house at 11am, but we waited at least until 2 pm to check in, even scheduled check in time was noon. We were informed at arriving moment that former Indian guests left very lately, but we did not need to wait for our booked room. The guest house should manage it. Except that, everything was over then we expected.
