Rat location, but several drawbacks

The Pemaling Residency's prime location is a major plus, making it easy to explore the city. However, the lack of a lift can be inconvenient. Electrical plugs in the room were not working, which was frustrating. While there is a nice view from the terrace, room views are non-existent. Needs improvement in amenities.

Nice Pemaling Residency, good service, Pemaling Residency people are very cooperative. The food quality was ok and can be improved further. The Pemaling Residency is in excellent location. Overall, value for money. I will certainly recommend to others who love to have an enriching experience of Mount Kanchenjunga.

I visited the property on 27. 05. 2017 and stayed there for 2 nights. The location is excellent. From the balcony you can see the Old Helipad. The balcony is just awesome. The staff are very co-operative and is ready to help you all the time. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only the food is overpriced.

The attentive personnel in Pelling Pealing make you feel warm in the cold Pelling. We had problems with some services (hot water, wifi), but altogether I liked the place and would recommend it. Good location also, one can simply walk to the helipad. The breakfast aloo paratha is a must-try!

It was an eventful experience and the food quality is also very good. I will highly recommend all my friends to spend a day here. The mountain view from the Pemaling Residency is very charming and its few minutes from the helipad ground.

The Pemaling Residency is at upper Pelling near old helipad. One can see mesmerising Kanchenjunga from your Pemaling Residency room. The Pemaling Residency staff are very good in behaviour. They make you feel very comfortable. One thing lacking was there was no heater in room.
