familyA nice and spacious well furnished apartment with own covered car parking and right in the centre of pondicherry. The promenade beach and whitestown and many attractions within 15-20 mins walking distance. Two bedrooms and lot of space in open terrace and two living areas and well equipped kitchen makes it suitable for a party place with friends or family. Only two slight drawbacks are that the road in front of the property is a bit narrow and the three story-ed property has no lifts which makes it slightly difficult for senior citizens. The staff is nice and the interior design is very nice.

it was an amazing experience. the property itself is awe-inspiring as you get so much in such a great price. it's got a great tub and a bathroom! and the property manager vigneesh was so helpful and such a great guy. he even came early in the morning so we could check in early. highly recommend this underrated place!!!

Great place to choose. Located near major tourist spots. The place is very clean with all amenities. We stayed on the 2nd floor which has an amazing temple view. My family loved it. The host is friendly. Safe and pleasant stay, we would really like to come again!

We have stayed for 3days and the place was great to stay and value for money. The care taker was friendly and flexible. Will revisit this place in future also. The location is good and nearby to many important places. No food available but you can cook your own food in the kitchen.

familyHad a very different experience staying there. It seems newly constructed, there was still work going on in the ground floor. The penthouse itself was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all required utensils and induction cooker. Bathrooms were clean, but one of the showers did not work. The penthouse is on the 3rd floor and the building has no lift, so be prepared to chug your luggage for 3 floors.

Very close to the beach, and a lot of cute cafes around. The caretaker as well as the owners (they live on the first floor) are all really sweet and helpful.
