Peppervine Thekkady

Welcoming was good. I was spend Rs.9700/- for two rooms. But AC is not working. TV not working. Some food items was only below average in compare with food cost. Staff co operation was satistied.

My stay at Peppervine was truly enjoyable. The staff were excellent, always friendly and eager to help with a smile. The food was absolutely tasty, offering a variety of flavors that made each meal memorable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Yeah, the stay was pretty amazing. The vibe was nice and chill, and the staff? Super friendly. There was plenty of parking, which was a relief, and the view? Just stunning. Oh, and the food? Absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our time there!

I had good stay in pepperbine, its too costly, and it doesn't worth for that price and also not a single amenities available at that hotel where they mentioned in makemytrip, i'm totally disappointed with that amenities

The rooms are not clean. There is lot of dust on the walls. It smells and feels damp. The wardrobe is full of mould and bad smell. They seem to have used some kerosene treatment as i could feel from the smell. The bathroom is not well kempt. The breakfast menu is not upto the expectation for the amount charged. Thanks

we had a vey horrible experience at this hotel. at this hotel parking one drunken cab driver parked his car in feont of my car and refused to take his car.we had a argument with him.he was drunken and used bad words . i asked security and hotel manager,but no one helped .because that cab driver is malayalee and talked with hotel staff in malayalam.we are tamil and they support to cab driver only.managemet is very worst.if you are prefer only your state people then why you accept booking from other state especially tamilnadu. and food tastes are very average. they used 2 single mattress in king size double cot ,its very uncomfortable. television is not working ,they didnt recharged dth. this hotel people totally spoiled my vacation and its absolutely waste of money and time at this property. i booked this room by viewed google review.normal stay at decent hotel is better than this. again i said its STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW MALAYALAM.

The property is located in the heart of the town, yet it gave a feel which is wuite remote. Their service is very much appreciable. Very good, near and spacious room. The food and room service are commendable. Our over all experience was a good one with this stay.
