Room was ok. No kettle provided, only soap and shampoo provided in toiletries. No dental kit, no oil, no shaving kit provided. Bathroom mat was wet, not replaced after asked. No heater was there. Basic TV with local dish without Android. Breakfast is single served with only three options.

Hotel is good, staff is good. Room service is very good. Food is good. But location is very difficult to find, and proper road is not made or available to visit the location.

Management behaviour is so terrible. They charged 100/- for broken water glass and 200/- for already tea cup. Inspite of committed that payment of 300/- will be made in once we we get boarded in cab, they sent their person to collect. They provide their contracted cab no. for pick and drop. They do not do not have scooty to help visitor to carry luggage even on paid basis but they send their person in scooty to collect payment. Moral is zero in hosting guest. . Big Zero in hospitality industry. guest. cook not available.

stay was quite comfortable , staff was friendly, kitchen was not available , A tea kit can be placed in rooms.very economical rooms

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional throughout my stay. The hotel is located on a hill with no local transportation available. One of the hotel coordinators gave me a taxi contact number. The taxi owner told me to meet near the bus stand, saying the driver would be waiting there. Since my family and I were unfamiliar with the area, I requested the driver to come 1 km ahead, closer to the hotel, and he agreed. However, the driver arrived after an hour, making us wait for a long time, and then charged ₹700 for just a 4 km ride and ₹600 from the hotel to Ramjhula that place just 2.5 kms away from the hotel — which is unreasonably high. Due to the long wait, one of my family members had to leave for other work and missed the pickup. I informed the hotel coordinator about the issue, and he said he would send someone from the hotel to pick up my family member from the main road. But later, he told me there would be a charge of ₹200 just to pick up the guest for a 1 km distance. When I requested laundry service, they refused. They were not polite in their responses, and there was no food available at the hotel. Instead, they gave me a phone number for a local restaurant to order food myself. Even in the morning, when I asked for tea, they denied it, saying they had no milk available. Overall, it was a terrible experience with poor service and unprofessional behavior. The coordinator even kept asking me to give good feedback despite all these issues. It seems they have a commission arrangement with the taxi services. Considering the hotel is located on top of a hill with no transport options, they should provide a complimentary pick-and-drop service, especially for elderly guests who cannot walk uphill. I ended up spending a lot of extra money just on transportation — who will pay for that

I was disappointed with my stay. The receptionist was unhelpful and curt, which set a poor tone from the start. The location is very inconvenient — there’s no proper road access and no autos can reach the property, so getting there was difficult. There was no visible signboard with the hotel’s name, and when I tried calling the number provided nobody picked up. I would not recommend this hotel unless they fix these basic issues.

The hotel is worst condition. At the time of check in our room was not ready 1.30 pm. Even the faucet of the washroom is broken. There are no toiletries in washroom. The way to the hotel is very steep and risky even the road near to hotel is not ready. There is no space for parking in hotel. The bed sheet given was also torn.the picture is attached Company like make my trip should not associate with such small hygiene not properly maintained hotel, it hampers the companies image.

The picture of the room and the actual room size was no where comparable. Room was really small compared to pics. And we were 3 people staying in one room. A extra mattress on the ground was provided which further blocked the room. Most important hotel was very far from the main road and road access to the road was pretty bad. Taking our car through the small gullies uphill was a very challenging task. I felt it was a mistake to book that room.

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. To begin with, the location of the property is very convenient – it is close to the main attractions and local markets, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. The exterior of the hotel is neat and welcoming, and as soon as you step inside, you are greeted with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The reception and staff were highly professional and extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The staff members were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever required, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
