The location of the Perfectstayz Alpine Retreat is too good, the view you will get from the balcony is amazing, close to neem beach and main market road in tapovan. Rooms are clean and hygiene, food was tasty but they took too long to serve the breakfast. But plus point they provided complementary hi-tea also with sandwich and onion pakoras helpful and polite staff, helped in almost everything we had asked for. Will refer to others too

From the moment i walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The Perfectstayz Alpine Retreat's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor and crisp bed sheet the breakfast was delicious with a huge verity of options the staff were. Attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable nothing was too much truble. Specially house keeping team was very good and help full team. The room are well maintain.

Mainly, we liked the courtesy of the staff here. They were very welcoming, kind and supportive.

A very pleasant stay. It is located at the near market but in a quiet street. Everything nearby. They have identified their USP as cleanliness and politeness. Such neat and clean rooms and washrooms and the staff all of them are sooooo polite and helpful. Food is good too. We totally loved our stay.
