Terrible! Don’t waste your money

Terrible service: I arrived early and told I could not check in only later to be checked in and pay and early check in fee. No complimentary water. The room was situated next to a kitchen and there was noise early morning and evening, so not stay on the top floor. Staff have no understanding of customer service.
