Hi, I am writing to formally request a full refund for our recent two-night stay at your property, booked under Booking ID "NH******7396" from 1st Oct 2025 to 3rd Oct 2025. ​Unfortunately, our stay is extremely unsatisfactory due to a number of significant issues that made the property largely unusable and resulted in a deeply disappointing experience: ​Pool Unavailable and Dirty: The primary reason we booked this property was for the pool. Upon arrival, we were informed it was under maintenance, yet it is clearly visible and is filthy and unusable. This is not disclosed prior to booking. ​Substandard Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The rooms were visibly dirty, which is a major concern. ​Unpleasant Bathroom Odor: The bathroom has a strong, foul odor, making it very unpleasant to use. ​Non-Functional Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi is not working , which hampered our ability to work and communicate. Whatever mentioned in description while booking not even a single thing is as per the description. ​Given the cumulative nature of these problems, which made the property pathetically poor and not as advertised, we believe a full refund is warranted. The standard of the property is simply not acceptable for any guest. I expect a response confirming the processing of this refund within 3-5 business days. ​I look forward to your prompt attention to this urgent matter.

The stay was amazing - we loved the peppery and the food and the staffs. Totally worth going all the way to Shivpuri for this magical experience

In short it was more than pathetic, everything about this hotel is shit. Smelly pool, food is terrible, breakfast is will finish before 10, pathetic service and staff won’t respond to calls. This is my worst experience in any hotel.

Had a fun time at this place. The view is amazing and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food is decent. Has a lot of fun activities you can partake in. The only downside being the road to the resort. The last 2-3 km stretch to the place is quite steep and can be tricky, especially during the rains.

The room was hygiene and well maintained. The view from the property was stunning. The food at the cafeteria was delicious and very reasonable. The managers were helpful and friendly. The overall stay was great. I would highly recommend to others who is coming to rishikesh.

It was an amazing experience here. The view from the property has amazing ganga view. The cafeteria balcony and terrace has a stunning view. The receptionist guys were helpful and humble. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

There was a smell in the resort washroom and the service of the staff was very slow. I am totally disappointed about the food as all the rooms were full and they had only 2 staff members who were not able to provide the services. So, there was a fight between the clients regarding the services...worth nahi lga mujhe

Great part of my life, i love this place. Amazica resort is an excellent place, and the service is outstanding. Manager was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Room was excellent. The best part was the service, generally after checkin people dont take care but here in this resprt staff took care of each and everything starting from breakfast lunch and dinner, apart from this everything was very good. Food quality was very excellent, swimming pool was super clean. Best part was service. Wud recommend recommend everyone to visit once and enjoy the service.
