Great experience in puri

Hotel was very good. Staff and management was also good. Very near to sea beach. I love this place because this area in not heavenly crowded, relatively better than main. Mandir and station bound buses are also available. Breakfast and food quality is also good. Bathroom is very clean, I believe they have very good water filter. Overall value for money. But there was no balcony, that's one I missed.

A “Hotel” in Name Only – Petal Hotels Puri is a Complete Disaster

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Petal Hotels Puri is a masterclass in how to completely ruin a vacation. The staff are rude, unresponsive, and downright unprofessional. There are literally no amenities – forget about comfort, they don’t even know what hospitality means. The rooms are pathetic, not worth a night, yet they have the audacity to call themselves a hotel. The so-called complimentary breakfast is a health hazard – it looks disgusting, tastes worse, and will make you sick if you dare to eat it. Save yourself and skip it. Their “hi-tea” was laughable. We had three rooms booked, and they proudly served us tea, coffee, and exactly six cookies in total. When we asked for more, the staff didn’t even bother to respond. What a joke!

Location not within 50 mtrs it is nearly 100-150mtrs. The stuff is good but housekeeping service for the first two days was the worst but after repeated requests they have done goo service for the last two days
