Petals Resorts Wayanad

We booked for a family of 2 members at petal resorts. They weren't offered any welcome drinks since we had reached late. We had booked royal villa which has a Jacuzzi feature. The room was very spacious and has almost all the amenities of what I could expect in a or Petals Resorts Wayanads. Right from bath towel, Shaving kits, Hair Dryer, Comb, shampoo, soap, Conditioner, Ash Tray, hot water Kettle, etc. It has almost all the sufficient features. We had asked for Kerala style meals for lunch. Since they don't have any meals, the staff recommended us to choose rice, sambar separately. This is one of the best Kerala food which we had in recent times. The next day, we had tried Puttu with Kadala curry, it was really good. We weren't taken any tour of the resort, as while checking out, we were told that they have some game features available. We were not also explained on what are the features that the room has. It takes a day, two for us to understand all the features. Food is indeed expensive due to 18 percent of GST. The room has dust at many places. We had to ask them to clean it before we checked in to our room. Staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. They are available to help even at midnight with a smiling face. Good value for money, as we had booked through MakeMyTrip site. One of the best Jacuzzi experience which we had in recent times. Definitely worth for money, great view, calm, pool, food are really good here.

Location is easy to notice if you are travelling from south side. From north side you will miss it, because board faces south however, it is on a main road. About ambiance, the lights in front of the rooms leading to the restaurant are very romantic. The restaurant too is very pretty, covered with climber plants. Service regarding, here is very soft spoken staff, they came to our room asking for food orders when intercom did not work for a while. Prompt service. Swimming pool is 5 ft depth, infinity pool. Evening is good time with some wind blowing. Not much activities to do there, than enjoy the peace, calm and romantic atmosphere. Why would anyone need anything else? There is See saw, swing, badminton, football etc. We don't ask or play 6. Room contemporary style were clean and newly built ones. Wonderful nature view from balcony.

I stayed with my family for one night. Very safe for family, kids and couples. Hotel location is good. Easy to identify follow google maps. Road near the Petals Resorts Wayanad is in bad shape but manageable though. Rooms are clean and spacious. No complaints on the bathrooms and toilets as well. Rooms have breathtaking views from the balcony. Swimming pool is neatly maintained. There is in house restaurant, which serves delicious food and item listed are ok. All the indian varieties are available but if your continental food lover then you would be disappointed. Price listed are fine not too costly. Parking spaces are ample. Spa massages are good. Over all a good Petals Resorts Wayanad where you could relax and enjoy in time with family and kids. Ideal place for friends hangout too.

It was a very good stay at petals resort. It is nearer to some tourist spots like banasura, zipline, spice garden etc. We travel-led with our 1 year old baby and believe me we were surprised to see him enjoy the stay and the property to this extent. We had a lot of fun at the pool and bungee at the property. It's a must visit place for all inst a junkies as there are numerous photography spots at the property itself. Food- excellent. After we checked out we personally thanked the chef as it was really amazing. Since we were travel-ling with a toddler we requested them to prepare slightly bland and without masala, spice food for the baby and they obliged which was really heartwarming. Staff behavior is exceptionally good. I recommend this resort to anyone coming in wayanad

This resort offers excellent valley view of Banasura hills, room service is great and staff is very helpful. Food is tasty but could have been better. Food is reasonably priced, lot of options to choose from. Heritage room is spacious with big balcony and restrooms. Room interiors are neat with good wooden furniture. Room is very well equipped. Resort is located a little away from main town kalpetta. games zone, swimming pool, restaurant is very nice. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this resort for all age groups at least for a relaxing, peaceful weekend getaway. Definitely worth a visit.

The resort is good. Food home service took long time for them to deliver. Also quantity was too much. They turned off the room power connection even before (10mins) our checkout, which was a bit unpleasant experience. Official check out at 11am. A small feedback for the staff: kindly maintain the same welcoming gesture throughout the stay. Treating the guests soo nicely during checking in and treating them like total strangers during check out doesn't look good.. Food quality, ambience, swimming pool, game room etc was good. Overall nice stay.

Resort surroundings are dried. Most Resorts in Wayanad I think like this. No watering and proper caring for gardens. Drinking water provided in the room was not mineral. Dinner we ordered was of average quality. A general feeling was that the management wants to make maximum money with less expense. Otherwise they would have taken care of the things seriously. Breakfast included in the booking was delicious. Swimming pool was child friendly and even people who don't know swimming can use the main pool.

Stayed here for one night. It was a great experience over here. Location of the resort was good and the ambiance was good. Well maintained room and surroundings. Room was very much spacious. The amenities was good. Indoor playing activities are good also they have great health club. The surrounded nature was well maintained. The staff and their behaviour and service was very good. Only one thing I have noticed that the taste of food can be improved a little. Overall it was a great stay over there.

The resort is located at a serene location on a small hill. Staff is very courteous. The infinity pool is just amazing. Try to visit in the weekdays to have the pool to your self. They even have a spa not massage facilities. Book the rooms with jacuzzi. It's a very private not relaxing experience. The food menu is well spread and tasty.

All safety measures were good. Location is wonderful. Restaurant setup and other facilities in the resort were very nice. Pool is closed due to covid.

The room and location was good. Also the route to the resort was better. Breakfast was not included in the package. And when we enquired about it, it was less per head. Which was little bit expensive. And the remark is that the main door of contemporary room had portion of glass which was semi transparent and will effect the privacy of people inside it.
