From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism by your staff. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay was truly commendable. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, everyone went above and beyond to cater to my needs and make me feel welcome. Overall, my experience at your resort was nothing short of exceptional. Overall experience was good. There was a warm welcome from the front office team. Served with a welcome drink. The executive room was spacious and comfortable. Extra coat with bed was provided for 3 person in the room. If ac is required yhey charge additional inr 750, which was not needed as it was 22 to 24 degree later in the evening. The only con is that the food is costly. If the food price was reasonable it would have been awsome.

Our stay in peters mount was so memorable. We all had a very good time. It's really worth the price. The view from the balcony was amazing. The customer relationship was up to the mark. Food needs to be improved. That's the only suggestion i have. Over all i'll give 4 out of 5.

Pleasant stay, excellent staffs, quick response by all the staffs, good and clean rooms, wash rooms, good view from balcony. Only thing, restaurant foods are very very costly and foods are not upto the mark as per price

This property is located about 10 km down from munnar town. But the key attractions are near by. Take a jeep ride to visit places. Very big rooms overlooking the valley with beautiful sunrise

Stay was good. Very neat and tidy rooms and restrooms. We took executive rooms with breakfast for 2 days. Breakfast was good. Balcony view was a decent one. Staffs were very cooperative.

It's a perfect getaway, great location, great rooms, great food and great service. Must stay in munnar, located in a serene place. Quite enjoyable

Wow amazing! staffs behavior is top noch. Wonderful property eventhough pool is small but gives experience like a infinity pool.
