PGS Vedanta

I had a mixed experience with the booking here. So let me first tell you the positive part. It is a five minute ride from the ernakulam town railway station. Next to the metro station. Centrally located. Big plus point they offered me a complementary upgrade of the room. I wish to thank the PGS Vedanta for that kind gesture. My deluxe room had a bath tub. And the breakfast was excellent. Of-course i had to pay for it. The negative side is that i was informed by the front desk just a few days after the booking was done that breakfast was complementary. This is when i had called them and made a request. But while checking into the PGS Vedanta, they declined and denied it. This was disappointing. Apart from this, everything else was fine. Thank you

Had a wonderful stay at the pugs vedanta except for one issue. The ac was not working properly. It was not cooling properly even when the temperature was set as low as 18 degree celsius. Then suddenly it turned off by itself. Then i called the reception and they sent a guy to look for the issue. He turned it on but still the temperature issue was still there. Except for this i didn’t have any issue as such be it regarding the staff or the breakfast or the beds. Everything else was perfect except for the ac issue. Nothing more

The location is really great as it is just 10 metres away from the town-hall metro station entrance and just 50 metres away from ernakulam town railway station platform 2 entrance. The bed was really comfy, room was too good (executive room) and the breakfast buffet was really lovely this time. i had a great stay and the lobby staff were new and very welcoming looking forward to coming back soon

Excellent stay for families and singletons. The PGS Vedanta is very close to the metro and so convenient to use for travel. It is located in the centre of the city and walking distance to pothys(department store. We got deluxe room which was clean and well lit. Room service is decent and the quality of food is quiet nice. Overall a nice place to stay when in kochi.

Nice location. Rooms are very clean, front desk people are very polite and have helping in nature. Food is nice and within reasonable rate, but persons serving the complimentary breakfast in the resturant are very slow in serving used to tell several times to give a glass of water or making an omelette. They need some speed, overall experience is good

the location of the PGS Vedanta is excellent.the rooms are good.but the maintenance has gone down in the last few years. the standard of staff in the bar and restaurant can definitely improve. the quality of food is good. the staff at the reception is efficient and helpful. the standard of the gym can be better. overall a good PGS Vedanta.

Nice parking. , very clean room, breakfast is nice according to price tag, rooms are very suspicious, bathroom is very nice and. With a bathtub and. Hot and cold shower. Everything is fantastic. Interior is go nice

Good PGS Vedanta next to town-hall metro station and walkable distance from ernakulam town/north station. Polite staff. Overall good experience. Minor improvements in checkin / checkout and room facilities (like a floor mat outside bathroom, controlling ac temperature) will go a long way in ensuring full customer satisfaction.

Very comfortable stay, hassle free check-in, neat and comfortable rooms, good staffs.

Every thing was excellent. The location is near to marine drive. The room was spacious and well maintained. The only issue which i felt that the corridor was not well illuminated. The ac in the room as well as in dining area was not effective.

I stayed with family at pugs vedanta on 27th and 30th may 2023. Good ambience, rooms were neat, staffs were friendly and helpful. Points for improvement would be lack of wall e parking, shortage of staff (reception guy was seen picking up bags, bringing luggage etc.
