Hotel rooms was very dirty and towels were not clean and do not include breakfast in your room package as it had no option as per charges and food was not good at taste

The staff is really nice and helpful. I loved the place and the food was perfect. Pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend this hotel. Go for it without any doubt. Hotel manager behavior was so nice i'm impressed and happy. Special thanks to mr. Nishant. He's quite helpful and friendly. Would definitely come again.

Too good facilities and very frank environment of the hotel. Hotel rooms are so luxurious and well cleaned. Meal and every extra arrangements were performed on time according to their promises. Surely wanna visit again. And special thanks to mr. Vijay ji for manage everything so peacefully.

Phalguni Regency Hotel has a fabulous balcony view as the rooms have 360° view, the rooms are also amazing. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff was aslo excellent and they were very cooperative too. We loved staying in the hotel. The food was very delicious, we loved the food very much. The on the thing that i liked the most was that they provide complimentary DG night. They also have sufficient parking space. I would also recommend others to stay in the Phalguni Regency Hotel as their prices are also affordable

Staff at the property has no manners of talking with the guests. Firstly they do not provide the services and when we say that we will not come next time then they say aap mat aana. Geyser in the room was not working. Food was too costly and tasteless. Overall experience was not at all good. They charge 4500 per night but not even worth for 1000 per night. View from the room was ok. Not suggested anyone to go there instead try picaadili for best experience in same expense.

Location is good staff is also polite but they are not proactive. They need to clean room every single day without informing. Even when room was close we felt very cold then we noticed open space on the ceiling which should not be open. Bathmat t was also not in the room after asking they provided. It's a good hotel but with little more effort it would be better.

Just 1. 5 km away from mall road, i had stay luxury room its with balcony and view from balcony is awesome, delicious food, supportive staff this hotel is value for money.
