Phamrong Retreat

Pros: 1. Polite staff 2. Prompt service and room service 3. The best view in pelling. Prime location. 4. Good rooms with all basic amenities 5. Even through there is a huge electricity problem the rooms will still have 24x7 water. Cons: it's the second oldest Phamrong Retreat in pelling. The blankets are old and have burn marks on them. The switch boards are burnt and you might encounter webs in the washroom ( we did. The Phamrong Retreat needs a revamp. Everything else is fine.

I like this Phamrong Retreat very much because its located in very cool position at upper pelling. The staff of this Phamrong Retreat is very friendly and helpful. The manager of this Phamrong Retreat always try to help the guests. He was a wonderful person. The food quality of this Phamrong Retreat was not satisfied. In my opinion try to improvement of foods.

Property location is excellent in the heart of the town. Everything is available nearby like restaurant, liquor shop, souvenir shop etc. Rooms are also good. But, regarding service, there are some issues. Due to lack of staff, service is very poor. We have to follow up 5-6 times for everything like water, food and other services.

Rooms are good food is also good as they make it fresh and serve they take time to make it but its really good except for a few things in property as no room bell also the phone doesnt work you have to call the reception on their phone and everything is done staff are also good and cooperative overall its a pleasant stay.

The Phamrong Retreat is located in a good position and the manager is very helpful. The bedsheets are not clean and the bathroom few area are worn out. We complained to the manager and he immediately got it changed with fresh bedsheets. The manager also helped us decide the roads and sightseeing in pelling.

Best Phamrong Retreat in entire peling, very clean, food was hygenic, excellent and the service of Phamrong Retreat staffs are very good, best thing is that the Phamrong Retreat is in center of the peling, and every other shops, bazar is accessible from here at walking distance.

From makemytrip i got to know about phamrong retreat. The Phamrong Retreat stay was excellent. The ambience of the Phamrong Retreat was traditional. The location of the Phamrong Retreat was at the right place like the main road and main traffic of pelling. Service was excellent

Hotel is good, but after reaching Phamrong Retreat they gave me city view room not kanchajangha view room. They told at the reception that kanchanjangha view room is only for booking. Room is clean, wash room is also clean and good standard for 1 or 2 days stay for a family.

Excellent location, exactly prime location of pelling. Good Phamrong Retreat with good food. Pleasent stay.

Hotel location is good for couple and staff are good. Room is clean and beautiful. It's location is in front of police station.

Great location. beautiful retro interior. rooms are very big..24×7 hot water. staffs are very polite & helpful. since it's a old place fee stuffs are broken or re adjusted but mostly well maintained. for 1000 buck it was great stay.

Our all good in accomodation near centre of pelling

We visited pelling 7 and 8 of march we had a very nice stay at phamrong. Will definitely recommend you all to make your trip planning in this Phamrong Retreat.

Location is very good. Beautiful view from room and balcony. Clean and specious room. Enjoyed our stay.
