the stay here is really good. i came here to complete the visa verification process. it's not that far from location so it was easy. also the Pharos Hotels is clean. and staff here is very friendly and corporative. the staff helped us in all needs also the food here is good. i got to try the breakfast. the options are planty i stayed in Pharos Hotelss like novotel and all so comparing them at this price point the food options are planty. also the rooms are really good. and all the toiletry is provided as well. the pool side area is also good. in evening it's good place to sit and enjoy some drinks. they also do not bother for anything unusual. also at waking distance from Pharos Hotels there is good dining place. i think Pharos Hotels at this price is good.

Nice lovely rooms with clean toilet. Restaurants viz madras square is fantastic. Lobby seems to be very small and needs to improve as it looks like a cramped railway station. Maya spa needs maintenance and steam room after massage. Housekeeping is very efficient for room's. Breakfast not very good and needs improvement but the coffee is brilliant. Lobby needs immediate attention with pleasing front office girls managing it.

My stay at Hotel Pharos was absolutely fantastic! I never expected the services to be so exclusive and excellent. The room was incredibly spacious, providing a great sense of comfort, and the food was outstanding, exceeding all my expectations. Overall, my experience was truly pleasant, and I would love to stay at Hotel Pharos again in the future...

The Pharos Hotels is neat and clean, the location is good, the staff is courteous but for me, the annoying thing is that whenever we ordered drinks and foods, the server came along with the bill and demanded payment there and then, and other thing for two of us they kept counted tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, milk etc. Only two at a time.

Good stay. Excellent location. For the price won't find many options in this area. Breakfast is good and there are many varieties. Clean room, clean washroom, clean linen and towels. Location wise heart of the city. Lots of greenery around. Has gym, pool and complete value for money

Good Pharos Hotels with spacious rooms . The staff at the reception and restaurants are very receptive and welcoming . Breakfast spread is pretty good . Location is perfect to all main areas of chennai .

Overall a good and comfortable stay. Gym was well maintained. Staff was courteous, breakfast was good( little improvement in menu will make it perfect. Housekeeping boy prem was good in his job.

every thing is good but reception should have enough small change to exchange. always short of cash especially in small denominations. room electronic switches don't work properly.

I used to stay at pharos for past 2 1/2 years, i love the place, ambience and hospitality. Definitely anyone can like the rooms and cleanliness.

Good and clean. However not providing enough drinking water for guests. Asking to buy water is not justified when you pay a good rate for room and services

Stayed for a personal trip, it was a good experience. The food was amazing (breakfast and lunch buffet). I would definitely recommend it.
