We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Park Inn. The staff was very accommodating — they even arranged an early check-in and helped with all our requests. Mr. Deb was especially kind and attentive throughout our stay. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Property was good from outside, but the rooms was really terrible. With damaged floors to unclean bathrooms made the stay very unpleasant. The kettle they provided has somuch of dirt, looks like previous occupinent might have boiled some food items init and the cleaning person didnt even clean properly before giving to us. Food was average. Service was not bad

Worst Experience Ever-Raddison Should Be ashamed to call this as Star hotel

This has to be the worst experience in the history of hospitality. I never imagined that a so-called star-category hotel under the Raddison brand could show such a shocking lack of basic concern for elderly guests. We were told to climb multiple steps just to reach our room — no ramps, no assistance, and absolutely no empathy. It’s unbelievable that a hotel of this reputation doesn’t think about senior citizens or people with mobility issues. To make things worse, the reception staff were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. No one cared to assist or even offer a solution. It felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there! For a brand like Raddison, this is beyond disappointing — it’s disgraceful. The management needs a serious reality check. Accessibility, respect, and basic hospitality seem to be alien concepts here. Worst Experience Ever — Raddison Should Be Ashamed to Call This a Star Hotel! If you care about your family, your elders, or even basic human decency, please avoid this hotel at all costs.
