AB FORTUNE HOTEL

One of the most horrible exp for me. I tried to check in at ab fortune along with kids around 2pm after travel-ling for 22 hours by train and to my bad luck property owner don't allow me to check in as they have rejected the booking it seems has property was full. I spoke mm t executive. Praveen kumar and thanks to raised a service or compliment number. Later the property owner managed to arrange in another property 8km from there in coordination with mm t executive over call. New property was ok and a very small room, some how we adjusted. Nowy concern here : when property rejected booking being full, mm t could have a made a courtesy call or message to inform latest by 1pm so that i could have checked for alternative options. Unnecessarily in hot sun had to travel to ab fortune spending inr400- and spend one hr and spend another inr300- to travel to another property and chek in by 3:30 pm. All i wanted was small communication, if this is not managed not sure how such a big org is being run this will be my probable last exp booking with mm t for hotels at least. Really sorry to write this review as i suffered a lot with kids in hot sun with food till 4:30pm. Finally horrible exp

I find this property on mm t app by searching nearest location. After checking in these people gave me a very bad smelly room, cockroaches were in bathroom. After checking out. This hotel don't have gst invoice. Even they don't have registered gst number. Terrible stay and when i asked to mm t team for gst number ms. Tan u singh is saying sorry sir we can't provide it to you as you don't mention it during booking. If this is your condition then how mm t provided me invoice in my previous stay, mm t team also pretending this hotel. Worst ever stay i have experienced. Will never use mm t anymore.
