Poor room hygiene. Washroom not cleaned properly. Water flush tank not working. Cigaarete smoking smell in room. Towels not washed properly. Room was costly according to the poor services provided.. No Food availability. Overall not recommended for couple

First of all the hotel denied entry saying they don't accept booking. After long discussion, they gave entry. Condition of room was too bad. Condition of washroom was very bad. Bed sheet was old and dirty. No drinking water, soap, night bulb etc. Over all it was a very bad experience.

When i went to check in they me that they don't have an online bookin, i was stunned, showed them everything like booking i'd or whatever i had in my phone but they refused to check in. I had to wait more than 2 hours, and was hungry and exhausted after reaching there. Atlast i was able to get a room there but whole night we couldn't sleep they off the ac connection. Very terrible experiences.

Worst stay ever room is like a cubical. Staff doest listen at all .. In the name of AC they are providing a kind of mini cooler which doesn't cool at all. Its not at all value for money. Very poor service.
