I had booked this place for one day with my family. The rooms were clean and had all basic amenities including hot water. The place was very peaceful with a nice view of nature, which makes it extremely suitable for staying with family. You can stay here with friends too. The staff was very polite and helped us with all our queries and needs. One major problem was Wifi connectivity. There was no connectivity inside our rooms; the Anandvan Holiday Home | Rooms & Restaurant mentioned that it is available only near the reception area (which does not serve any purpose). nother thing I didn't like was that the food was too costly (I didn't actually order any). However that is subjective, so overall I would rate this Anandvan Holiday Home | Rooms & Restaurant excellent and would certainly visit again.

I had been to rut u farms multiple times however i decided to stay here this time after looking at few blogs and posts. The place is nice and the people are very helpful. We stayed at gulmohar and it’s a nice cozy cottage overlooking pandavgad! they have swimming pool, pool table, tennis table, badminton and you can definitely enjoy with your group. The dinner was nice and i specifically enjoyed the live counter for chapatis. Piping hot chapatis with great food was definitely worth enjoying. Ample of parking space as well and it wasnt an issue for us. Definitely recommended.

Property is big clean and give amazing view of mountain. You can see panda fort from the property . Usp is there fresh food it was yummm authentic and fulfilling. They cook as per order so if you plan to visit make sure you call if you need tohave lunch there dom dam is very near enjoy boating in krishna river its mesmerising. Ganpati temple and fadnavis vawa is something you should not miss. It has age old tradition entact

Highly recommended for family as well as as couples, friends group etc. suitable for everyone.. fantastic food quality lunch, diner, breakfast superb.. you never forget the test . Good menu. Pet friendly, lush green, big resort including clean swimming pool… I specially loved all food quality and staff behaviour.. love to visit again.

Serene landscape, beautiful views, friendly staff, various types of rooms catered to needs of all...above all the food was unforgettable. we will make Anandvan our permanent choice for vacation.

As a family we enjoyed the stay very much. The hospitality extended was very warm and courteous. The food was amazing and the entire property including the rooms were very neat n clean

The stay was good, rooms are clean and good hospitality.The staff was very polite the reaort view is awesome with green lush trees and mountains also this is pet friendly resort so my pet really enjoyed it..

overall a very nice break for the entire family including our pet dog. cheerful staff with a positive attitude at the resort was a big plus.

Plea-sent experience. Cooperative staff and we'll maintained property. Only issue is that they do not provide 24hrs hot water. The time is limited to three hours in the morning. Because of this, mornings are quite rushed.

Best place in wai. Food also good. Staff is polite. Best place for a peaceful vacation near mumbai.
