Poor maintenance and hygiene

We had booked two rooms at the property. We reached at 7pm in the evening the rooms were dirty, used linen was put, dustbins not clean and the washrooms were also not cleaned. After sitting on their heads for 30 mins we got all these things done. Crowd at the property wasn't great and the food was also average.

Perfect stay with good package

A nice camp to stay. A perfect location and a good property. 5 star for camp location, food and service. Rooms are hygienic and reasonably priced. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Good service at aroma resort

Nice camp at very good location in sam. Resort's buffet breakfast & dinner was tasty and had variety of dishes. Staff was courteous, service was satisfactory. Overall a good hotel option in this budget.

My visit at the aroma camp was fantastic. This is indeed one of the best place to stay while in jaisalmer. The service right from the day i checked in till my check out day was exceptional. Staff were very professional and caring. They took care of all our needs throughout the week. Food was good throughout the week with good variety to choose from. Dining staff were well trained and knew their job well. Gulab ( manager, faruk were fantastic. They went an extra mile to take care of all our needs. The entire management team were very nice.

It was great staying at camp aroma. Tent was spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Nice and clean property with calm surroundings. Sand dunes is very near to this place. Staff is very polite and supportive. Will recommend to others as well.
