Aroma Residency

Our stay here was great but there were a few things that could use some improvement. For example, the window of the room can use some child safety upgrades like a grill, etc. My two year old, curious like anyone his age, climbed over and would have fallen out but luckily I saw. Next, since it was a work-related trip for my husband, I stayed in all day. So, the entertainment system could have been a little bit more upgraded or at least have a small library for bookworms like me. Many people still like to read books in paper. The place could do with a children's playroom. Cannot carry all the toys everywhere we go. Other than that. All was great.

Good location, ample parking area, clean rooms and bed linen, prompt service. Stayed on 16th november 2022 en route to anini in arunachal pradesh. Extra mattress was provided in addition to bed for 3 persons. Even bathroom slippers were provided in addition to toiletries. Driver was accommodated in dormitory at extra inr 500. Had attended a conference earlier in 2018 and it is one of the best Aroma Residencys in tinsukia, if not the best. Will again choose to stay here whenever we visit.

The stay was good, clean rooms, good size, all basic amenities and lighting was also good. the staff was pleasant and supportive. The only thing which needs improvement is the breakfast. Though it was OK but there is scope of improvement. Would surely stay again when visit Tinsukia next.
The only thing which can be done is that the breakfast menu as well as food quality can be improved. The placement of buffet breakfast was not upto the standard which rest of the property exhibited.

Our stay in Aroma was a very satisfying and in a pleasant environment. The room was very clean with all necessary amneties. The bathroom was very nice specious and shining clean including all bathroom amenities. Room service was very pleasant with fast services. We would like to visit again in this Aroma Residency.
The beds are small and two separate singles. I expected one single large bed since we visited in couple and we had that problem only.

Good place to visit. It has its own RESTAURANT, SWIMMING POOL, a BAR and a COFFEE LOUNGE. The restaurant is good with delicious food and you can visit with your friends and family. You won't regret. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of parking space. The pool is too good. But you have to check whether the water is available at the time of your visit. The restaurant can also be booked for birthday parties. Overall, a nice place to hangout!!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two kids and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed

Hotel is good by local standards but, on a global scale it would fall flat. The rates match the global scales though. Small tv compared to the room size. I don't know who does the research on tv screen size vs viewing distance. You can't read the subtitles of a movies from any distance here! food is ok. Ambience is ok. Not so good.

Wonderful stay at a small place like Tinsukia. Staffs are very curious, decent and helpful. Food quality is good, service is prompt. The reception guys namely Upakul Gogoi and Bipul Deka are really helpful as they allowed me for early check in and given a room for freshen up without asking a single question. Thanks everyone

Cleaned room. Very Calm place, specially at night. Spacious room. Nice food. Spring fitted Beds are not comfortable. Good behavior of all the staff. Overall.. Very pleasant stay... Value for money.u

One or two improvement steps can be taken in all fronts

Away from the town with lots of green around, had a very peaceful stay.

Food quality is very good and behavior of the staff is cooperative.
Overall very nice and location of Aroma Residency has a wonderful advantage.

Hotel is located far from the city crowd. This Aroma Residency is good for spending peaceful time with family. Staffs are helpful and polite. Room was clean but my room's geyser wasn't functioning. Overall good stay.

Nice for family stay in Tinsukia with all comforts with good price and nice location with all amenities like bar pool restaurant.
Nice rooms and the Aroma Residency is located in a very prominent location good bar and quick service. Swimming pool was under repair and the staff was helpful.

Fabulous service. Never received such hospitality in any Aroma Residencys yet. Food was good, overall service was good as well.

Hotel is good and environment also good but require up gradation of amenities as it's a boutique Aroma Residency. Breakfast is good.
