The property was a disaster, it was located in a slum where there was no parking, the car couldn’t even be reversed. The place was scary with scrap dealing and vehicle mechanics boys all around which was completely unsafe. We had book another hotel ourselves. MMT shouldn’t have onboarded this property in the first place. We went to the location, extremely disappointed the way this was rated on MMT. It must be full of cheating. It’s a credibility issue of MMT where there was no background check done.

Location of hotel is good .the hotel is very near by to restaurents ,shoppings.Room is comfortable with all amenities we need.receiptionist and room boys also did good service

The hotel was in the middle of the city and well maintained. It was neat and clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. It was a great experience.

My stay was very pleasant, rooms were clean and the staff were extremely polite and kind.

The property location is in a very poor area though the inside hotel premises are neat and clean. Room area is good. Staff are cooperative. However, there are certain issues that need to be addressed. First, the step to the bathroom is very dangerous and even with proper care one can injure one leg fingers. Secondly, there is no restaurant in the hotel nor at nearby the premises . Though kettle has been provided, no coffee or milk sachets are provided. We need to ask them to provide. There is no exclusive car parking thereby exposing cars to outsiders.

Only room is new no facility in the Hoter. No food, no water no parking location in centre scrapyard...

Surroundings are not clean dirty and smell coming so I strongly recommend not to goto this place with family

Hotel is neat and clean and receptionist behaviour is very good. Staff also co-operated. I had comfortable stay with my family members.

Not a great experience as everything is under hotel management control. No restaurant. Staff is supportive.

The property is good. The location is a little bit outside but it is developing. Near to hotels and shopping. The staff is courteous. Maintenance is good. Tariff is reasonable.

The rooms were good, so were the amenities. Washroom is neat and hygiene. Hotel staff were also genuine and cooperative to all the requests we made. Hotel b9grand is undoubtedly the best to stay in nandyal along with family.

Perfect and low budget hotel and friendly staff and rooms are clean and comfortable in friendly budget

The stay is good except that there are mosquitoes in the corridors which are entering the rooms as well.

The manager and the staff are so polite and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and the amenities were all luxurious.
