Dear Mr. Sreeraj. May i know where we have mentioned the amenities of Bonfire pit or the lawn? You are talking about the other property where it is listed on my profile. I have clearly mentioned as 3 room villa with fully functional kitchen with 3 bathrooms. AC is for 2 rooms. And all the 3 rooms, living area, kids area are having remote controlled ceiling fans. I am running the property for home stay since more than a year and never misguided the guest about the amenities provided. Please be sensible to pen down your review words and Before booking the property kindly do look the amenities provided.

Uncomfortable and non pleasant stay

We travel-led with 3 kids and 4 adults, the bathrooms were not having geyser and for hot water we had to depend on solar heater which due to monsoon was not available so we were heating water from kitchen and filling buckets. The room on first floor was not having ac which we expected as per the facilities mentioned on website listing. The bathroom on second floor is common between 2 rooms which was a bit inconvenient and surprising as this was not mentioned in the listing else we would have not booked it. The caretaker is least bothered who stays on ground floor to help our guide on anything as the property is in isolated area. The gaps between staircase railing is wide and we were already afraid of any of the kid may fall through it while playing or while using the stairs.
