Club Patio

Excellent experience and great value for money. Rooms are very comfortable, staff is extremely courteous and pleasant. Room service and restaurant are very good and have a large choice of cuisine. Very good location and very peaceful and green. However, few points that need consideration for rooms. 1) Cupboard is too low and hence cannot hang clothes properly. Higher cupboards required. 2) There is no shelf near dressing table to keep dressing items/cosmetics etc. A shelf will be helpful. 3) Bedside tables are having not enough space to keep things as space is totally occupied with bedside lamp and telephone. 4) A 2 seater dining table with chairs would be useful in the front room so that one can have their food in comfort. Overall a great experience and would like to stay there again.

I was a first timer to the Club Patio, randomly booked as it is near to my meeting place. Once I enter the Club Patio, I was thrilled to see the way the maintain the massive property so clean and neat. To my surprise, when I entered the room given to me, I felt, what the my god, it's so good and so spacious, I don't know that am upgraded or it's a basic room, immediately I took a video and sent to my wife, she was so excited, and equally sad, that she couldn't accompany me this time. Overall my stay was so good and pleasant and the staff were well trained and courteous.

Easily locable property. Nice property but could have been better. Rooms were big and spacious. Furniture was old, rooms walls were not painted properly. Washroom was small though it clean but require refurbishment. There was no door bell so every time room service was knocking the door. Room dining was very slow ordered pizzza which came very late that too cold. Over all place is good but require lot of modifications

Room is noisy as there's some motor machine that keeps operating 24x7. We were shifted to another room. They show suite rooms in the pick but most likely will give a normal room if booking is done through company. Room service staff don't answer the phone, you end up calling the front desk who in turn will ask you to call room service. Overall, value for money we. To location, size of room, cleanliness and comfort.

Staff is always helpful. Nice variety of food. Reasonably priced. Convenient parking. Well maintained greenery. Just the lobby area is not so impressive. Overall, a nice stay it was.

Great location - less than 5 minutes from the HUDA city centre metro station, 10 minutes from sector 29 market. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is well-maintained, but on some days there wasn't enough hot water. WiFi was high speed, but worked only sometimes. But otherwise a beautiful property. Service at the restaurant could be improved

Club is at quite and centrally located area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is good. One negative point is they don't provide packed mineral water in rooms as most of the Club Patio n clubs do, also they charge more then mrp on buying mineral water which is against laws. Tarrif on a bit higher side.

Stayed for two days. Polite and courteous staff. Good choice of Ala Carte cuisine, but breakfast menu is extremely limited in items. Very little fresh fruits and no fresh juice. But overall very good service.

Best Club Patio to stay Around Gurgaon

Amazing room and decor, buffet lunch and service is best that I have seen so far. Rooms were tidy and well lit. Facilities are well maintained, though are closed during lunch hrs. Location is easily approachable.

Clean and spacious room with attention to detail

Needs to be maintained better as the TV in our room wasn't working. The food was good but the portion size was a bit small.
Tv wasn't working and the maintenance team wasn't able to fix the TV.

Pro: Spacious Rooms with sperate seating. Food quality and Service is good. Location is a great plus. Cons: Structure and furniture is old. Breakfast buffet is jus basic and very ordinary. Food available only till 10. 30pm
