Comfort Inn Lucknow

I stayed in a deluxe room on may 30th, 31st, took the pakage with breakfast for 3, my wife son and me. The Comfort Inn Lucknow is well located near the main road, and near indiranagar d block and b block, around 6 mins drive from the places i visited in these blocks. It's clean and hygienic. The breakfast spread is decent. Parking is available in premises. The staff is well mannered. Beds are comfortable. Furnishing and linen were clean. Room was dust free. Would certainly consider for my next visit. Don't expect extraordinary experience, but for the money i spent through mmt, it was a bang for the buck. The Comfort Inn Lucknow quoted higher rates when i approached directly for an extended day.

Staying at comfort inn was a great experience. For two women travelers, one of whom is a senior citizen, it felt safe, hygienic and comfortable. The reception and restaurant staff were just what you'd want: courteous, responsive and helpful. The location, just off the main road, allows for easy navigation. It's also the building next to a popular restaurant for local snacks and vegetarian meals in case you want to step out, although the breakfast spread inside the Comfort Inn Lucknow itself is varied enough.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean enough (but not perfect - the floor felt sticky. The corridor had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though the rooms did not have it. The food was good, had good variety. The staff were not as caring as they should have been, considering that we were travel-ling with infants. Overall, we felt that the quality of the stay was good, but the staff could be more sensitive to the needs of specific travellers, like families with infants.

The location of the Comfort Inn Lucknow was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and stay was pleasant. The toiletries were also very good. Breakfast spread can be improved. This Comfort Inn Lucknow has a prime location with easy access to all landmarks in lucknow. The rooms are ok and need some upgrade. The biggest issue is that the rooms are not sound proof and the loud music played in the banquet of this Comfort Inn Lucknow disturbs the sleep. Hotel needs to sound proof the rooms immediately. The food was tasty and the staff service was very good.

I had taken map plan and breakfast and dinner was very good and good verity and quality of food, room was decent, gym facilities were there, 3 things which were not good were - construction going on the above floor, you will be disturbed sometimes, visitors not allowed so you can not bring your freind for drinks, curtains were dirty

Rooms are clean and spacious. All staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant ) are very courteous and helpful. Location in gomti nagar is also good particularly for official visit. Overall a very good experience. Thanks. Food served in breakfast is of very good quality and very tasty. Juice, lassi everything is available.

It was a really nice experience. The rooms are so well maintained and clean. Food also was good so we didn't have to go outside Comfort Inn Lucknow and search for it. Really worthy experience, will visit again. Valets and house keeping staff was also very cooperative and we'll behaved.
