Dolkhar

The Dolkhar was beautiful and had excellent architecture, but for such a high-end Dolkhar we still encountered a few issues: breakfast orders were confused and an item on the menu was not available, a staff member was sleeping in the sauna, and the wifi was down the first night. Beyond these issues, the stay was excellent. Thank you for washing my car.

Very nice place. Peaceful with staff fully dedicated to your well being. Villa are very spacious and well equiped. Food provided in the restaurant is delicious both for breakfast and diner. We re-command to test the "chief's experience" 7 deaches meal to be ordered 24h earlier.

We had a wonderful stay at dolkhar. Beautiful rooms, thoughtfully designed filled with interesting details. The food (vegetarian) is brilliant - even if you don’t stay, you must dine here! truly a wonderful base in which to begin you explorations in ladakh.

Amazing location, unbelievably warm and efficient staff, a special mention to the exceptional restaurant, which deserves a separate visit if you are in leh. We went in march which turned out to be the best time to visit the city and the surrounding areas.

The best of our experience in leh would be dolkhar. The food is exceptional, with a focus on sustainable and locally foraged ingredients. The stay was extremely comfortable and the staff is courteous and polite.

Quiet location in a apple/apricot garden. Beautiful rooms. Excellent food. The only real downside is an extremely poor internet connection, even tough the Dolkhar claims to have a high speed wifi

This resort is amazing. They have wonderful villas with superb interiors and an elegant ambiance. The restaurant is also very good. Staff is very helpful.

One of a kind beautiful Dolkhar with well thought rooks, amazing amenities, and great service. Good is the highlight of this property, even though this is a vegetarian place the food is sumptuous and filled with great flavors.

Great place to stay. In a peaceful neighborhood. The rooms are designed meticulously with local materials with lots of sunshine in the day. It has good heating arrangement in all rooms for winters.
