The safety measures taken by the hotel staff were good. On reaching the reception free masks n sanitizer were given for the safty. Location is very good. Food preparation n quality is excellent. Staff is very cooperative and room service is very gud. They should have their gen set for regular supply of electricity. This is the only drawback

Very small property having few rooms, food and service are very good but outside noise is disturbing in room. Rooms should be more sound proof to have a peaceful sleep.

An average experience

We were a group of 5 friends from Chandigarh and Amritsar. Firstly about the accommodation: I would rate the property in terms of accommodation very good because it is a newly built one so everything is new. It will be tested only when it stays the same way. Secondly and the most important is the food and services. To be straight food was sub standard. The service was also poor. Food could not be served because we were 5 mins late & it was 10:35 pm and last order is 10:30 pm. If we had to be so punctual we would have stayed in our offices. We came for the leisure and 5 mins extra is not such a big default for which we could not be served food. They should have a cooperative attitude towards the customers and not a dominating one. I think MMT should see all these factors before granting any hospitality unit.

Dear guest, Thank you for the feedback, however it is quite the opposite. I would briefly mention the points here 1. You had a booking of 4 adults whereas you brought 5 guests to the hotel. We accommodated the extra adult even without prior booking but at the time of check out, you refused to pay for 1 night. Though you were liable to pay for the extra services, still as a gesture from the hotel we did not force you to pay. 2. Our valued guests have always recommended and praised the quality of food and service at Ess and Bee Resorts. The hotel kitchen runs until 11 Pm. Though last orders are taken at 10:30 Pm, any last moment requests are always accommodated. You had asked for a dish for which the raw material was not available at that hour. The service staff suggested another dish to which one of your guest first agreed and later on cancelled. There was no denial of food service from the hotel restaurant. I hope this would clarify if any doubts are there. If any further information is required please feel free to contact.
