Very Bad Experience. One of the worst hotels in Gandhidham. The morning breakfast was very bad, the room was not clean, and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. When I asked for help, the staff didn’t offer any support or even try to change my room. Their attitude was completely unhelpful. The only good thing about this hotel is the outside architecture — everything else was disappointing. Definitely not recommended.

The lunch was a must try thali, and the given room was big and spacious Wifi and paste controls needs to be improved

I booked a single room but the hotel gave me a twin sharing bad and the bad is very tiny and I am unable to fit in this bad so I complained to the hotel and MMT team but as per them if you book executive room hotel have rights to give single or double room

My booking was with breakfast but mmt is dine without b. Fast & they charged b. Fast bill

Hotel needs immediate renovation. I was misguided by star rating on web. No complimentary breakfast was offered. I was only occupant in hotel. There are more better options available.

Staff is like govt employee. they don't bother what guest is expecting. Rooms are not hygienically clean, there are insects in bathroom and room also, very old furniture.
Cleanliness, old furniture , no hangers, room keys broken, lot of insects in the room and bathroom.

Looks like old and no proper safety precaution and receptionist was rude.
Receptionist was very rude and he was replaced from housekeeping.

Location is good and the facility is not good and room service needs improvement.

Experience was good but no alcohol in Gujrat so we people can not enjoy except work. Thanks

It was a great experience good staff cooperative staff. Good accommodation and good room service great location near to station and hot water for shower was awesome the service boy service was very good

It is ideally located and very near to city and market. Rooms were neat and clean. As my new born grand daughter was with us even the rooms service for her was prompt and courteous. The airport and railway station are all within 2. 5 kms.
