Heavens Land Hotel

Extremely bare bones! sheets were stained, no towels, no blankets! bathroom drain was not cleaned! had blobs of hair! fan regulator is broken! and it is not walking distance to temple as claimed! there is an annoying mosque right next door, blaring loud cacophony early in the morning and doesn’t let u sleep! we escaped at the earliest possible opportunity!

Worst rooms, dirty water. Couldnt even bath. Very bad experience. Ban the hotel. Its not for human beings to stay

No hot water

The hotel was not good at all. Since arrival, staff were asking for money and tips, beds were pathetic, bathroom very bad shape, cobwebs everywhere, no facilities.

Horrible staff, guest is treated like enemies, no electricity in hotel from midnight 1am till my check out, no one available in property to contact, no water in bathroom in midnight, sleepless nights with mosquitos

Located in main area. Neat and tidy

I will just bullet some points of it is of help. If you are visiting Chidambaram Temple then it is a bit off the temple. Autos are difficult to find and each trip would cost you 100 for 2 km ride. Water in the bathroom- biggest turn off. Stinks like drainage, on inquiry I was informed that the water in the area is generally like that. You would feel why you chose to have shower. It was Shivaratri- went to temple when I we returned at 4 the hotel gate was locked witj no one to attend to. Had to call the owner to wake up the guard and then open the door. Rooms would rate 6/10 with no tv. I would only hope the services improve.

Had to book this hotel because no other place was available. Booked 3 rooms. Rooms were not clean, bathrooms were stinking bad and unclean. Biggest issue was water in the bathroom, it was like muddy even after complaining nothing changed. Only good thing was that they accepted us for early check in.

The Hotel is pathetic and not maintained the rooms clean. The water supplier with bad smell and no dust bins. The service also worst and room service are money minded. Not recommended to stay and rent is too high compared with the service and maintenance.

Worst experience. Had to go Around the City to look for an alternate accommodation.

Good hotel. Only thing is bit far away from town and food quality nearby restaurants is average.

I arrived at night, then also the hotel manager was cooperative for a quick check-in and telling me where can I get food in night. The hotel has an ample secured parking space with beautiful trees and flowers grown in the garden. The room was expansive and furniture just appropriate to make a comfortable stay.
