Heritage Tezpur

My stay with my parents at this property was a nightmare. The photos online are completely deceptive. The room was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly — even the AC was covered in dust, which triggered a severe dust allergy during my stay. The bathroom was dirty, tiles were chipped, and to top it off, I saw cockroaches in the lift — absolutely unacceptable. The TV didn’t work, and the noise levels were unbearable due to lack of proper soundproofing between rooms. This was one of the worst accommodations I’ve experienced. It was a disaster. We booked and the stay had non refundable cancellation policy. Once we visited the hotel they said they don't accept booking. We showed our confirm booking and they asked us to cancel but as we couldn't cancel it we insisted for check in and after making us wait for around 30 mins finatthey took us to 3rd floor and the room they gave us was dirty and it was smelling bad. Even the ac wasn't working. The house keeping tried to fix the ac and for that we were made await again for around 30 mins more. After all this we asked them to change the room and they took us to another room where ac worked but it was not in good condition. The room was dirty and the washroom was also dirty. We asked them to clean up but they didn't do it properly. It was such a horrible experience that we didn't stay and we checked out immediately after all the hassle. Would never recommend to anyone ever.

Good place to stay and easy to find enough parking area

The location of the hotel is good for transportation. The hotel facilities are good. Specially the food is very delicious. Also cleanliness is good.

Location is good but food is terrible. No morning buffet and even after one item they said no for other.

Towel, floor of the room should be cleaned properly. Damp area in the wall should be repaired.

TV didn't work at all. Room was dark, walls not painted, bit dirty. Water was leaking from the commode. Breakfast was bad too.

We have booked 2 rooms, while checking one of the room was not clean. It was under renovation and was dirty. We told them to change the room and they charged additional amount for same with the excuse that they don't have similar type. Even the basic amenities like water bottle was not provided even after reminding thrice.

In one sentence one of the worst hotel from all side.
Worst service I have seen ever. Rooms are not clean, feel suffocated. I would suggest better to choose any other hotel in Tazpur. There is no hospitality. Receptionists do not know how to behave with customer.

Paid for this hotel thinking it must be decent but the rooms are right facing the road which runs the whole night, the front office guy was rude and non accommodating, the rooms are not maintained with wall paper falling apart and a very small room bathroom is bad overall, not worth the money paid should have been below for the services provided.
Horrible hotel and front office staff, shabby room with non maintained wash room totally avoidable not worth the price tag.

Overall good experience. Room was neat and clean. Staff members were well behaved. Food was great.

Bathroom condition was very poor and also the air conditioner and television.

Room is very dirty, seepage on wall and roof of room, smelly room and very poor service. Manager Mobile was switched off no body available for resolve the problem. I have given written complaint to hotel management and also informed to make my trip over phone and requested for refund of intire amount.

Rooms are bit spacious. Average service by the staff. Overall nice experience.

The hotel is on the way to Tezpur on the main road. It looks great from outside. But the rooms are old and cleanliness is average.

Location is perfect. Just beside NH 15. Front desk people could do with a bit more welcoming attitude during check-in. Room size adequate. Though it is crying for better upkeep. The AC vents above the bed is loaded with grime. Most of the switchboards in the room we stayed (204) were loose; with one beside the dressing table dangling with naked wires within a child's reach. We had our three year old with us. Spent the stay on tenterhooks. It was brought to the notice of the Room Service to which he could offer no help / rectification. Brought it to the notice of the front desk while checking out - was greeted by a vacant look in return

King sized room, what they call it, is very small. Room wall papers and paints need restoration. Breakfast menu although limited, **** good. Hotel should include local ethnic food to match its name. Reception and Room Service is good and prompt.

Hotel bill given to me doesn't match make my trip amount for room booking. Also, my GST account not reflected in the invoice issued by the hotel although it was told to the hotel reception at the time of check in.

Room was so. Not too good not too bad. Food quality was also good. Breakfast was not good. As a room rent rooms are good. Overall thikthak type. Location is also good. Lastly I can say, is anybody comes to Tezpur. You can say in this hotel

Temper Hotel is really awesome place to stay in Tezpur. If we talk about Location it on main road which is too cool also there is lot of parking space there. Food is also good but it is bit costly. It is one of the Cleanest hotel in Tezpur. Overall it is nice place to stay for a night or more.
