The fact that it barely lasted 4 hrs

Non Cooperative staff. We had to call repeatedly and even reprimand the hotel people at 3 in the morning before they could be bothered to do anything about the non availability of hot water .

Too bad. Staff is not at all cooperative. Poor hospitality. No water in the bathroom. Far from local market. Unless you don't have your own conveyance, useless staying here since how will you go for your lunch and dinner.
