very bad bathroom wash basin is leaked and dustbins are full with dump no cleaning of room….

Things that i love the most- 1. The staff is very polite and helpful, they will resolve your every problem in minutes. 2. In this hotel, they had a combined resturant which have a rule of unlimited food for rs. 100 per person. And the quality and taste of their food matches a 5 star hotel. 3. This hotel also have a food delivery option at your room, which is very good for evening and morning tea coffee. How can i avail this discount?

Stay was excellent, good rooms, superb food, staff was very helpful. Only that no hot water. In this weather, it was a miss. Rest all excellent.

Surroundings location was not good. Nearby to highway so bit noisy during night Consisted rooms however with newly fitted Split AC Free breakfast was restricted with limited item and 1 item per person. However, Food was good

Room Fare is to much costly, location is not good, toilet and rooms are not clean. Food qualities is good and staff is cooperate. We didn't get Kit like oil, toothpaste, etc. Breakfast is not sufficient
