receptionist is rude,terrible service,no parking they call me at 11pm for shifting the car aigive them key ,they say you have do it yourself.phone is not working iam at third floor i need to go updown many time for every small need

Bad experience, even I have pay for deluxe room.
Worst Hotel, no proper amenity, TV channels were not working, no lift in Hotel, no buffet arrangements.

Location near by the railway station and food is also good.
I think all good things. Hotel staff and service are good.

The hotel is all value for money, spacious and clean rooms, no noise can disturb you, safe, staff was supportive and kind, liked the hotel and advise others to stay when planning to visit Dehradun. Awesome city and awesome hotel ..

Location was good but room was not good and television is in very bad condition, bathroom very small. WiFi signal not coming OK and the room. Bedding is not clean and when I asked to concern person he told me that all room is in same condition.

In this hotel power points are not available and the TV is not working properly. In the room cross ventilation poor. Beside this I would rating this hotel 3 out of ten. So its not good experience in this hotel.

This is a budget hotel and situated very close to railway station. So, location is very suitable for a tourist as from there one can go everywhere easily since all sort of communications were available. As regard cleanliness, service is found very good. I recommend this hotel including family to stay in this budget hotel.

It is a standard hotel in Hospital area and whole sale market place. Honestly speaking we are not satisfy with this Hotel

Very poor hotel. The room are too small and facility are not so good. Food quality is very poor as they serve burn smelling dal and all the stuff. Very poor hotel.

Overall experience was good, budget hotel, near to railway station. Staff, location, support from hotel was cooperative.
