Worsr hotel i had ever visited

Have very bad experience. Charged too much but room offered was very bad. Have worst experience in this stay. Rooms are not maintained. It seems Hotel is now focusing on marriage bookings and not maintained for professional traveller

It was good, u cant expect more than that in Pathankot. It good for one night stay

Location is very good, centre of the City, cleanliness is good, staff is very cooperative, food quality is very high

Room accessories was very dirty. Just like bed sheet. Pillow cover, water glass, bathroom towels etc. Room service is very burst. Overall not good stay.

Location is good. Food satisfactory. Cleanliness not good, dusty rooms, complimentary things like toilet soap, shampoo, conditioner sleepers, tea kettle etc. Not provided unless requested. Cutlery dirty and rude behavior of owner if complaint about shortcomings.

Washroom was with bad sanitary conditions. Very old construction and seems to be never repaired.

Room is very bad, I checked out 8:30 pm to other hotel.

Service is very poor. Room cleanness is average. Room price is very high as room infrastructure.

Had a comfortable stay where the staff was polite enough. Everything was good, though I expected a mini fridge and more quantity involved in the breakfast plan, which wasn't there. Rest everything was fine

The stay was not good as rooms are not so cleaned up-to the mark and I paid so much amount to get the luxury experience but I disappointed.

Faced hot water problems.

Nothing good about the hotel except the location.

The room was not very clean. Housekeeping needs to address this issue. There was no shower curtain making the bathroom wet after one person took a shower. This also led to the room getting wet and dirty. The food served was well prepared. The staff generally attentive and courteous.

Deluxe executive ki jagah only deluxe room dete hai. Very poor service. And also meals not hygienic and not tasty. Bar service is very costly. Staff not cooperative. I also give a 1star rating. Location is good.

Super ecxellent enjoyable near by shopping places good surrounding good staff relaxable room. Time saving near places location is at center city near by super sweet shoops to get nice chat bikaneryyys.

Very bad experience. Showers not running at all. Very bad hygine. No parking at all. Hotel do not have proper staff. Towels inside bathroom were not there. Even no soaps were provided. Have to ask for basic amenities 3 times, then only it was provided. Taps does not produce hot water. Even bathrooms were not clean. Overall, a very bad experience to stay at hotel. Have other choices. Must stay there. There is no much comfort in hotel. Even restaurants are not up to mark.

Completely old style design of bathroom fittings and entire room had some or the other stain on the wall. There no dusting done on the furniture it had thick layer of dust. I had to get my blanket cover removed as it was highly stained and not looked fresh. There were no tissue paper for the toilet. There was only a Bar Menu available in the room. Even towel provided was kind of old and had to ask for additional. Only the staff was responsive and it was good that they agreed for the low standard of services.

I stayed for one night, not a good experience. There were no towels, drinking water or toilet paper in my room and nobody answered the phone for room service at night. On top of that, the people working there will ask you to give them a tip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
