Worsted experience, hotel name is City Center But Location is some where 25 KMs outside Sitarganj City, Towel which hotel was provided was very dirty and when we reached there no receiption was available and no water bottle provided, when we asked for dinner hotel said their cook was not available to prepare the Food and bathroom was very dirty and Only Bread tost was provided for morning tiffen after waiting for more then 1 hours, due to which we were about miss our flight, which is very pathetic overall i don't recommend this hotel, I had raised complaint to makemy trip for refund for money. No watchman even to open the gate, if fact i have jumped from top of gate to get entry inside the hotel
