Hotel needs cleaness / service / Food Quality. Lift not working. No card acceptance. Secondly make my trip providing such hotel. Not worth for Rs3200/- perday. Very bad experience. Make my trip should follow some standards with the hotel to which they are associated

Hotel facility is average food available in restaurant and good quality air condition facility poor cleaning inside the room is good hotel location is not bad but also not good improvement need in communication with guest.

Lift has not working. Breakfast is not good & insufficient in quantity. Hot water was not available in room for Bath. Even Bath towels are not properly cleaned. Cleanass is not done in rooms. Parking space not available at Hotel.

Booked 2 rooms for rs 6100. Lizzards in the room. Dirty Bathrooms and beds. Extra beds were provided at midnight after so many requests even though payment for extra beds were made in advance while booking. I felt like looted and paid Rs 3000 per room which was not even worth for Rs 1000.

Hotel is not maintained. Hotel is on highway no 8 heavy vehicles are running all the night disturbing sleep. When I check-in he said we don't have your booking, after 30 minute he confirmed OK. Is far 3 km from hotel auto are charging double rates.
