Despite of advance booking and full advance payment, the Hotel Grace didn't provide us accommodation. The staff took us to another nearby Hotel Asha guest house, and arranged. Bad experience. No room service, no cleaning of rooms. Even a glass of water was not offered.

familyThe staff was pretty helpful and offered us early check in for our rooms. That was wonderful of them. But the rooms, lenin, washroom were pretty dirty. I would request the owner to have a look and bring the cleaning standard higher.

familyThe staff was very cooperative and helpful but the rooms are maintained in a very dirty condition. The cleaning standards are pretty low. No clean towels, clean bedsheets, etc available. I suggest owner/management should have a lol at the condition of rooms and towels/bedsheets/pillow covers/blankets and get stuff cleaned and well maintained. Washrooms very dirty.

Booking done for Hotel Grace but they gave the room in a different Hotel nearby which was not good. Only one charging point and that too was not working. No bucket, mug or even shower in bathroom Sewage home was left opened It was a dark room as there was only one CFL bulb for light.
